HYDRA

Hydra was an organization that manipulated world events to try and take over the world. With the rise of Adolf Hitler and his war Hydra started to back them. When he started to lose and Colonel Nick Fury found out about Hydra broke contact. Red Skull feeling like Hydras failing power and their exposure was the fault of the High Council staged a coup and took over. Making it look like Hydra was destroyed along with Hitler Red Skull disappeared and worked to bring them back to full Power.

  HYDRA High Council

  The ruling body of Hydra. All decisions and actions come directly from them. There are always seven members on the council. Each member is in charge of one of the continents of the world and everything that goes on there.

  Is the Supreme Hydra, or the leader. Not the typical villain he is smart, not rash, not prone to emotional decisions. He is the member in charge of North America.

  Red skulls second and in charge of Europe.
