It depends on how they returned from the dead. If the victim is declared dead by a doctor, it will be murder regardless the finality of the death. If the hero was never confirmed as dead but the villain was charged with murder anyways, the charge should be dropped to attempted murder. But really, who cares? What a retarded question. I cant believe I am even contributing to this. I think i will watch some March Madness.

I guess that is not a terrible idea, but it is simply conjecture. It would be nice if the creative team explained the rationale behind this change in Urichs powers as well as the change in his demeanor. He was a good guy in the green goblin series. He was mainly using the goblin persona to chase some tail, which he is also using the hobgoblin persona for, but he was still a good guy. why the major change?

I love Erik larsen's Chicago because it might as well be Lowell, MA or Little Rock, AR or whatever. Larsen does not really incorporate any of the Chicago landmarks like Sears Tower or Wrigley field. It is basically just a typical city that just so happens to be called Chicago, Illinois and the Dragon lives there (or used to) and fights crime. Anyways, who cares, as long as the story is good.
