Spidertheking

Okay I know i'm a little late since I haven't been on in a while, but Team spider man takes this win. Spider-man is more skilled than Mcginiss in every  way. Spider-man is faster, and more agile than Terry thus meaning terry would probably not land a hit (or maybe just a couple). Terry's suit does come into play here, but seeing how Spider-man was able to hold his own against Iron-man I doubt that Terry's suit would pose much of a challenge for Spider-man. Terry may have Spider-man beat as far as Martial-Arts go, but that won't help if you can't even hit your opponent.   
 
Now as far as the uncle ben vs Old bruce....Bruce wins easily. (any arguments lol)

Lets talk about feats. 
 
1)Someone posted that Terry might win, because of his suit. Spider-man fought Iron-man, and held his own(didn't win though). Which I highly doubt Terry could do.   
  
2)Could Terry make a joke out of the entire X-men...Multiple times? 
 

    
 

 
     
 
3)Spidey fought Captain America, and Posed quite a challenge. As I recall Batman himself had some difficulties fight Cap.(I can put scan if this is disputed) 

 
   
 
     
 
 
I do not believe Terry would be  able to do any of these feats. Terry is nothing Spider-man hasn't seen before. So once again

Spider-man would kick the hell out of Terry then he would look over to see the old bruce beating the hell out of uncle ben then commence to the beating of bruce, and as far as the dogs goes ace kills molly and peter webs ace up subduing him.
