Alliance of Democratic Nations Peacekeeper Corps (AODNPC "aud-n-pack")
Major Jannet Henderson is a British National and a long time part of Project Frankenstein, an elite arm of the Allied Nations Peacekeeper corps; a Clandestine force equipped with the latest in NATO's superscience, magic, and psionics that allows it to take on any foe anywhere in the universe to defend western civilization from any possible threat to it, formed during world war two as a special military force to help the western allies defeat Nazi Germany's Storm Korps, Imperial Japan's "Divine Wind", and Fascist Italy's "Roman Legion" and later to oppose the Warsaw Pact's Grand Red Guard. Kept secret as their actions would often draw the ire of the public, the Peacekeeper corps believes in the "strike before struck" policy, believing that if you break the legs of a potential rival, they'll never be a threat in the future; negating the need for a costly defensive war on the soil of the nations of NATO.
Covert raids into space to attack alien races deemed to be hostile to NATO's interests, plunging into the other planes to bring down Demon Princes and Elemental Lords or sometimes even Archangels seen as a threat to the countries of NATO, bringing down Metahuman menaces before they can even become a word on anyone's mouth, Clandestinely manipulating Russia and the other former Soviet Republics into one day joining NATO to incorporate the advances of the Grand Red Guard into their own organization; and a cold war against China to ensure that the PRC is never in a position to challenge the military supremacy of NATO.
Even the U.N is not totally exempt from the long gaze of the eagle, as they can and have assassinated U.N officials that stumbled upon the actions of the Peacekeeper Corps. The newest commander of the Peacekeeper Corps, one General Herbert Alexander; a man of Texan birth, has tried to move the Peacekeeper corps away from it's highly morally questionable actions when it was effectively the unchallenged military elite of the world after the cold war that only worsened under the Bush Administration, and now the Peacekeeper corps works mainly to defend NATO from threats that it's conventional militaries just can't.
The Astartes has been watching the Peacekeeper Corps and has subtly manipulated them towards their line of thinking, while covertly directing them to alien or supernatural menaces to act as a screening force for the Starbourne Imperium to follow up on. As of yet, the Astartes has remained hidden from the Peacekeeper Corps even after it has established it's own space colonies on worlds formerly occupied by alien species that would have destroyed humanity had the Peacekeepers not wiped them out to the last individual. So far, at least fifty alien species and thirty demon and elemental realms have been wiped out completely by the U.N peacekeepers.
Jannet Henderson
Born to a middle class family in Liverpool during the sixties, Jannet had a fairly unremarkable childhood and life until an incident with alien infiltrators lead to the obliteration of her entire native city block during the infiltrator's scuffle with a bungling group of supervillains who assumed that they were new heroes on the scene. Having had close encounters with aliens, the Allied Peacekeeper Corps quickly located her and kept track of her as she picked up the pieces of her life and eventually joined the British military, serving with distinction during the first Persian gulf war as part of the SAS as the latest point in her military career in many covert British operations around the world, at one point managing to gun down a hundred Iraqi soldiers in quick succession to secure a communications facility.
Once she was promoted to Major, the Peacekeepers approached her and offered her a chance to find out just what happened to her neighborhood, a chance she leaped on immediately. Determining that she had skill above and beyond that of most, and given her exemplary service record and profile, she was given a place in a long running project of the Peacekeepers, Project Frankenstein; the creation of an armed force that could battle the most high powered metahumans, gods, aliens, supernatural entities and extradimensional objects on more than even terms. The Major was put under the enhancement process that effectively made her a manmade deity. She was enhanced by genetic engineering, nanosurgery, cybernetics, and finally given a unique suit of power armor, customized to her aesthetic preferences.
Each member of Frankenstein had a power or two that would be their focus, though they were superhuman in every physical way. Jannet was given the power of Sonokinesis; the ability to control sound, or more correctly; the power to control vibrations. At first largely being limited to creating and manipulating sound, as she grew more experienced, she learned just how versatile being given godlike control of all vibration; enhanced by a potent "Hulk-factor" could be. Shaking apart armor or walls, creating Earth quakes by just harmonizing the tectonic plates the right way, turning someone's bones into dust inside of their own body, phasing through objects, eliminating someone's ability to hear, all of these abilities were hers to command.
She was soon deployed into a long campaign of extermination against the Yu'kyt; a theocratic Alien Empire a hundred light years away from the Earth that the Peacekeepers were waging a war with to prevent them from attacking the Earth. Over two decades of war against the Yu'kyt has hardened her to an incredible degree, and she herself slew what must have been millions of the Yu'kyt as the Peacekeepers enacted what they saw as "Justified Xenocide to defend mankind." By the time the Yu'kyt were eradicated as a species on December 21st 2012, she was inured to the horrors of war and now struggled to even see aliens as people.
Many on earth would have decried the Peacekeeper's act of wiping out approximately three trillion sapient beings in a twenty year long war that the population of the Earth didn't even know about as a heinous act of genocide and an illegal war. To Henderson and the Peacekeepers, it was a just and noble act of defending humanity from a species that would have eventually tried to invade and enslave them. They even found plans confirming their suspicions that the Yu'kyt were indeed planning to one day invade the Earth and forcibly convert all of humanity to their religion before turning them into slaves without the right to so much as clothe themselves or think thoughts the Yu'kyt didn't approve of. On the other hand, the Yu'kyt government was immensely fair and just to it's own people, and had a thriving culture with wondrous works of civilization.
Now, Jannet has returned to the Earth along with some of the Yu'kyt war veterans of the Peacekeeper Corps to find that the metahuman community is riled up over a metahuman registration bill. While in some countries like Canada; registration bills were highly unobtrusive, not even requiring the revealing of one's secret identity or putting a hero under any real obligation save for adhering to the police code of conduct while the nation at large worshipped and adored it's metahuman population; with Canada being the first country to forbid any form of discrimination against mutants in the seventies and being rated as "the best place to have powers", the United States wished for a much more invasive bill than it's northern, Utopian neighbor.
Having not aged a day since becoming a Frankenstein and indeed actually being restored to her prime by her healing abilities, but having gone through two decades of bloody warfare, Jannet is all too ready to be deployed against the metahuman community should any of it's members commit acts hostile to the nations of NATO. She's a consumate soldier who strongly believes that some sacrifices here and there for the greater good of Humanity (particularly those that follow the NATO model of civilization), is perfectly valid and justified. She's one of the most formadible warriors humanity has ever produced, and more than a match for most metahumans.
Powers and abilities
Super strength and durability: Henderson starts out at exactly class fifty factoring in her cybernetics or twice that in her power suit, but the longer a fight goes, the stronger and tougher she gets as her body begins to go into overdrive. So far, there does not seem to be an upper limit to this. What classifies as a fight seems to be quite nebulous. However, if she's directly threatened, this seems to cause her power to ramp up much faster than it usually does. Thus, typically the only way to overpower her is to defeat her quickly before she can get powerful enough. Compared to Dornan, her strength amps up at a rather slower level.
Magic resistance: Henderson is highly resistant to magic, but this resistance increases at the same pace as her strength.
Psionic resistance: Jannet is highly resistant to psionics, and like his magic resistance, it is tied to how strong and durable she is at the moment.
Speed: Due to her highly enhanced physiology, Jannet can run at up to six hundred miles per hour out of her suit when one factors in her cybernetic enhancements, or one thousand two hundred miles per hour when clad in it. Her speed increases at the same rate as Dornan's does.
Reactions: Carol's reaction times are roughly fifty times that of a normal unenhanced human out of her suit, and one hundred times that when she's placed in it. These increase proportionally to her Speed.
Sonokinesis: Jannet can start off creating 200db of sound, vibrate enough to shatter Carbodanium, create SASERS (sonic equivalent of a laser) that can cut through promethium, form walls of sound that can stop projectiles, shake apart buildings, phase through about a foot of concrete, or create a magnitude 5 earthquake by applying the exact amount of vibration to the earth. This ability increases at twice the rate of Dornan's strength and durability or Carol's speed and agility.
Healing factor: Henderson has an impressive healing factor that has allowed her to take on entire divisions of the Yu'kyt and their deadly repulsion beams that can cleave through asteroids. This increases at the same pace as her durability and strength, so it makes it imperative that anyone seeking to defeat Jannet should do so quickly before she proves to overmatch her foe completely. This healing factor also makes her immune to all poison and disease, including vampirism, lycanthropy, and the zombification. She also hasn't aged since being brought into project frankenstein and has actually regressed back to the physical age of twenty one; her body's healing ability far in excess of the worst old age has to offer.
Lethal blood: Anything such as a Vampire would die within moments of drinking her blood due to the fact that the antibodies in the blood would immediately begin to attack vampire's systems and leave only a pile of goop. Omnivorous villains would suffer the same fate.
Skilled fighter: Trained by the best and hardened by decades of total war; Jannet is a master of combat at every range and with most any weapon in the modern military arsenal.
Intelligent: A certified expert in small and medium unit tactics, a fair to good mark earning student in school, and quite knowledgeable in the ways of war; Jannet is far from a "dumb blonde."
Mega-gauge protocol: First tested by Pierre to create the death harbinger, then refined by dornan, and now perfected by Jannet, the Mega-gauge protocol involves draining energy from other peacekeeper systems to drastically empower a single soldier to fight with unbelievable amounts of force concentration, drawing on and stacking up the powers of other frankensteins, empowering themselves with the energy output of the power systems of other equipment, enhancing the user's own powers tremendously, and activating reactive claytronic nanites that harden in response to physical trauma, creating virtually unbreakable armor that not only stops penetration, but impact and concussive force, though the nanites can only be in so many places at once, meaning an ideal counter is hitting the user in one place to keep the nanites pinned before immediately striking in a different part of the body. The megagauge protocol does however, require a colossal amount of energy to properly activate, even more so to keep it self sustaining. Energy usually unwillingly drained from allies.
Equipment
Power armour: This piece of equipment doubles all of her physical traits and is composed out of a titanium-iron-vibranium alloy, making it tremendously strong.. Additionally, it doubles the rate of increase of her physical characteristics and their initial starting points and it grows more durable with her thanks to supergenius developed science.. Additionally, it has a self repair system and living metal characteristics that works as quickly as her healing factor and grows in pace along with it.
Power armour continued: It acts as fully functional life support, and a series of repulsor jets on her back, chest, feet, and palms lets her fly with surprising amounts of maneuverability, the speed being about ten times faster than her running speed, and growing with her own running pace. Like all of his equipment, the repulsors increase in power as she does, and are perfectly viable as weapons.
Cybernetics: A series of cybernetic enhancements within his body to improve virtually everything about her. They further double the rate of increase of her physical characteristics and their initial starting points and they grow more durable with her thanks to top secret technology.
Auto-grenade gun: Firing special rocket propelled grenades of varying warheads, the power of these weapons is connected to her sonic ability, she never seems to run out of ammo and can fire just about any kind of warhead at a rate that increases at a quarter of the rate the yield and velocity does, starting at one shot a second.
Missiles: Having a seemingly neverending supply of shoulder mounted missiles, Jannet's missile pack works much like her grenades; only they trade power for homing capability and range.
Adamantium-Necrodermis-vibranium blades: On each wrist are four blades made out of an adamantium-vibranium alloy, which is then energized for maximum cutting ability, on each blade are teeth made out of a somewhat stronger adamantium-vibranium alloy arranged on a chainsaw. The cutting power and strength of these blades increases with her own physical might.
