Ultimate Atlanteans

Homo Mermani, an evolutionary off shoot of Homo Sapiens, descended from the mating of Eternals with Humans. They built and developed ancient Atlantis into a technologically and culturally advanced nation. They reached the height of their civilization just as the ancient Greeks were becoming a world power. Atlanteans are both land and aquatic peoples. A combination of hubris and betrayal lead to the nations mutual destruction while at war with Lemuria. Now the remnants wander and hide in the oceans and seas of the world in two main groups: The Loyalists, mostly surviving royalty and military, and the Nomadic, wandering barbarians who seek to plunder and pillage. The vast majority of the world are unaware that Atlanteans are still within our midst.

  • The most dangerous criminal in Atlantis's history, and the rightful heir to the throne. He is the love child of Princess Fen and a Human. After being freed from his prison by the Fantastic Four and a few run ins with various powers of the modern world, he set out on a quest to claim his kingdom and find and reunite his people.
