Spider-Man has one of the best rogue's galleries of any Superhero ever, and so with that in mind I decided to do a list featuring all of my absolute favorite members of his extensive rogue's gallery. Enjoy!

For creating most of the Spider-Slayers
A decent Venom, for how long he was around.
As the Bride of Venom
Mostly I just think he looks awesome.
Spider-Man's teenage Man-Bat
Criminally underutilized, considering he's only shown up twice so far.
One-shot Doc Ock wannabe who's got an awesome design with an improved set of mechanical arms.
While it's nice to have an evil Spider-Woman, I sort of wish her costume was better.
More Agent Venom's enemy, but I'll include him here anyway, for now.
As the Big Man
I get that most people hate "Sins Past", but I actually thought it wasn't that bad of a story (I would have just made the Stacy twins Harry and Gwen's kids rather than Norman and Gwen's). And as far as Spider-Man villains go, I can think of way worse than Gray Goblin.
Another Green Goblin, and this one had a cape! Seems like a small thing, but I love the Green Goblin, so I'm not one to turn down a new one whenever Norman and Harry are unavailable for the role (especially when he's got a cape!)
More as Jack O'Lantern then as another Hobgoblin, but either way
And yes, I think he counts as a Spider-Man villain, or at the very least, an antagonist. But remember, he DID commission several Spider-Slayers to take Spider-Man down, as well as Scorpion!
More Agent Venom's enemy, but close enough. The alias in general is a great Spider-Man villain (or villains, rather).
As Man-Wolf
As a villain
I prefer him as a Daredevil villain, which is why he doesn't number among my absolute favorite Spider-Man villains. He's much better as a Daredevil villain.
Minor but awesome, with a fantastic costume and a decent enough power and cool name.
Yes, he counts as a villain. And as a Spider-Man villain in particular considering he first appeared in Spider-Man's book trying to murder him.
The classic dumb brute
I prefer him as a hero, but he was a decent enough tragic villain.
Cool minor Spider-Man villain with a weird but fun looking armor suit that also debuted the year I was born.
Created the first few Spider-Slayers. That alone gets my vote.
