Faux Affably Evil Part I

As opposed to genuine Affably Evil, villains who are Faux Affably Evil only sound polite but don't ever act it. Rather, their cordial tone is either a facade, or else maintained even when it is abundantly clear by their actions that they don't actually care about anyone but themselves. Long story short these chaps may seem nice, but they'd throw you in front of a bus without a second thought. Another good way of illustrating this would be a character who says something along the lines of "Oh look it's my friend! Are we having fun yet?" while simultaneously torturing or trying to kill them. As a result, their polite tone just makes their villainy stand out more rather than less. Due to the sheer number of examples of this, I'm dividing it into two lists. This is the first part.
