Well Red LAMP proved more elusive than I had predicted, having the plate number before I left would have helped, there's just too many costumed weirdos in the bay area to sort through. I asked around where I could find guys that wear their underwear on the outside with capes and I wound up in the Castro District, confused and somewhat afraid. I searched in the watering holes where web 2.0 gurus have been known to congregate, no LAMP to be found there, but I did however meet one of youtube's founders who has an impressive, almost decadent toilet.
