The Punisher hands down. Though I don't know much about the Huntress I do know that there were two series in where the punisher took down the took down the marvel universe. I don't think DC had anything like that with the Huntress. Plus, all i see the huntress having is a crossbow (though again I don't know much about her, only what I saw on Justice league unlimited), the Punisher has a van full of modern, sci fi, and archaic weapons. Even if the punisher is taken unprepared, he is always carrying a 45 (rate of fire greater than a crossbow)and a big pointy knife. If the huntress is unlucky, she can face the punisher when he's armed with a M-60 (again rate of fire greater then a crossbow) When given enough preparation the Punisher is one of the most dangerous villains in the marvel universe (yes villains). He is an unstable, cold hearted killer who was trained by the best  the US military got to offer. Maybe if the punisher is taking

@Osiris1428: The movie shows Cap being Airborne trained, he's wearing his jump wings on his Army uniform. So I guess you have to take for granted that he received some sort of Army Training. But not the ninja level of training.

@The Stegman: They did give Cap a 45, that should help.

Cap hands down, he'll tie that pencil neck into a pretzel. It not the first time he fought a guy with a pointy stick.  He stronger, faster, and an original, not a cheap copy of wolverine.

I like to see how batman will do against the Bane character.
Bane should be comparable to Cap.

Just saw the Captain America movie. They made him pretty strong and fast but very little training. I'm a big Captain America fan but I might give the edge to Batman
