Xenophobic (of supers) villain who murders all supers aside from a few. He was the biggest fan of Mr. Incredible until he was "betrayed" by him and turned against all Supers (much like Lex Luthor did in his origin story).

Sea witch who is manipulative (not as much as Mother Gothel) and conniving. She is also power hungry and lustful of the throne (much like other Disney villains).

Manipulative witch doctor who wants to take over New Orleans. ARE YOU REAAAADY?!

A slimy employee. The secondary antagonist who's scheme is as evil as they come (he wants to suck out screams from children and murder them in cold-blood, if that's not evil, i don't know what is).
