Sinestro Corps War just had this massive "Epic" feel to it as well as a creeping tension as we saw all the pieces start falling into place leading up to the dramatic action packed conclusion and the decision that changed the GL's forever.
My close second was War of the Green Lanterns - Guy and John really shone in this.
In comparison - Rise of the Third Army and Wrath of the First Lantern did not have the same cohesion throughout the books and felt like a massive waffle-fest. Whilst I enjoyed them, it was on no where near the level I enjoyed SCW or WotGL.
My father and I collected Starwars figures of all varieties back in the 90's. We sold a bunch of them for a profit/break even during the time collectables started to die down but I still have a bunch of Starwars Episode 1 Action figures (near enough the whole first set.) - recently saw them in a store for £3. A whole £5 less than what I paid for them all those years ago why did I even buy them in the first place!
I'm from the United Kingdom. I am a writer - currently specializing (I use that in the loosest of terms.) in short stories and episodic fiction (Comics) and of course, I am an avid comic fan.
Looking forward to chatting with all of you and if you would like to get to know me better or the like add me on here or on twitter @samwritescomics.
