I believe that super heroes have a certain code of conduct, and if they were to resort to killing, it would bring them down to the villain level.

Of course, this code of conduct was observed until Marvel realized what hot properties Wolverine and Punisher could be :-)

I agree that TV shows can help with comics, even getting young readers interested. My son is a big fan of the new Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. I just hope Marvel/Disney can keep titles out for the younger crowd.

While I am happy to introduce my son to comics, the sometimes mature content makes me steer away from a lot of titles.
