Batman vs Cyclops = Batman  (Scott summers without shades makes him useless)
Batman Beyond vs Wolverine = Wolverine
Nightwing vs Gambit = This would be a close match, i would say Gambit
Robin vs Nightcrawler = Robin
Batgirl vs Ultimate Colossus  = Ultimate Colossus

Round Two
Batman & Robin vs Wolverine, Gambit & Ultimate Colossus = Wolverine & Ultimate Colossus (Batman would destroy the batcave as a last resort)

Wolverine and Ultimate Colossus are too invincible to be killed.
