Supergirl : New Krypton (My DC Film Universe)

Needing a home for the thousands of Kryptonians now on Earth, Superman creates New Krypton - a haven for the lost Kryptonians located in Kansas under the watchful eye of Supergirl. However, a group of terrorists filled with hatred seek to end one of the last remnants of a dead planet...

  • This film ties into the Superman films (Especially the 3rd) and takes place at the same time as the 4th: Superman III & Superman IV
  • Deaths: Zor-El (Killed during New Krypton massacre along with around 80% of the Kryptonians), Reactron (Died as a result of his bomb), Neutron (Died due to his bomb), Lucy Lane (Suit explodes)
  • Key Points: Mur, Alura and Gor all survive. Chemo is left extremely damaged and on the verge of death (He is sent to Stryker's Island after battling with Supergirl which nearly kills her). Ignition is the only one to escape and he uses the procedures put in place by Kullen to help him live a happy life for aiding him.

  • Born and raised in Smallville, Irwin Schwab was apparently glued to the TV and obsessed with Superman whom he quickly deduced was from Smallville himself. Later finding a costume capable of teleportation in a dumpster, he decided to become a hero like his idol as the Ambush Bug. However, he proves to be pretty incompetent and claims his power is dumb luck. Wanting to meet and befriend Superman, Ambush Bug travelled to New Krypton and planned to wait outside the defences. However, he is slightly disappointed when he meets and attempts to ally with Supergirl who's brash personality is at a complete contrast with his off-the-rails one...

  • The years trapped in the Bottle City of Kandor has had a huge toll on Zor-El's mental health. Zor-El plans to execute several Earth criminals, believing they posed a direct threat to his wife and daughter as well as the Kryptonian people. Despite his mental health, Zor-El is a loving and caring leader of New Krypton but has been subject to mental torture for over 30 years...

  • Now the head of the council of New Krypton with Zor-El, Alura holds the lives of her fellow Kryptonians very dear but comes across as cold with Zor-El being her voice of compassion and love (Or was until his mental issues arouse). Alura has pretty extremist views and organises the executions of several human criminals. These deaths draw conflict with her daughter Kara who has since learnt humanity's sanctity of life and adopted the principles of her cousin

  • Formerly a sergeant for the U.S. Army, Benjamin Krullen was discharged after attacking a prisoner who threatened the life of his son. Krullen's family (His wife, 2 daughters and son) were all later killed as a result of Brainiac's invasion which also heralded the arrival of the Kryptonians from Kandor. Grief-stricken, Kullen vowed to take away everything the Kryptonians hold dear as he had lost everything himself. Stealing a containment suit from the "Ironworks", Kullen has one of his former army contacts modify the suit with a powerful Gold Kryptonite bomb which he plans to detonate in New Krypton so that he can "avenge" his family before joining them...

  • The sister of Lois Lane, Lucy is incredibly duty driven and feels it is her fate to rid Earth of the "Kryptonian menace" especially after the death of her mother in the wake of Brainiac's attack. She joins Krullen's mission and infiltrates New Krypton posing as a Kryptonian by using and advanced military suit which gives her their powers.

  • Commander Gor feels that Supergirl and Kal-El have lost touch with their Kryptonian heritage. He openly supports the idea of the executions and attempts to break into Stryker's Island to kill Bizarro.

  • Formerly a demolitions expert, Nathaniel Tryon later gained cancer and was told he'll only live for another year. He joins Ben Kullen's mission to New Krypton due to a sense of honour after Kullen saved his life when they both served in the army and the pair being close friends. He now wears a nuclear containment suit and plans to go out with his friend, avenging Kullen's family's deaths.

  • Used as a waste-disposer of failed chemical combinations, Chemo later became sentient when one of Brainiac's drones attacked the lab. Now a towering "monster" of radioactive waste and toxic chemicals, Chemo is found by Kullen who plans to use him in New Krypton due to him being easily manipulated as it possesses minimal intelligence. However, he plans to let him free in a private estate of acres of land to roam.

  • Known only as "Clyde" to the rest of Kullen's mission, Ignition's origins and even appearance are unknown to everyone as he constantly wears heavy black armour. He claims he has a personal motivation against the Kryptonians (Kullen suspecting he lost his child) but refuses to disclose

  • Having raised Clark and took care of Krypto, Martha is much more accustomed to dealing with super-powered individuals. She helps Kara keep her powers in check and designs her costume.

  • Krypto is still slightly suspicious of Kara but has warmed up to her since Clark and Martha both have

  • Commander Gor's lieutenant, Mur doesn't necessarily agree with his superior's methods but is a loyal soldier

  • The doll "sidekick" of Ambush Bug, he claims it is alive
