Hey there Scarlet Spider fans! Have you ever wondered what would happen if Ben Reilly, the ORIGINAL Scarlet Spider, had a kid? Well search no more, we have the story!

This is the story of BEN REILLY JR, the son of the SCARLET SPIDER, who lives his life in his father's image: as a WEBSLINGING SUPERHERO. We also meet young CONNOR PARKER, the grandson of PETER PARKER, the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, and th e son of MAYDAY PARKER, the SPECTACULAR SPIDER-GIRL. When their paths cross for the first time, they can't stand each other! Hopefully overtime, they will overcome their differences, and become the ULTIMATE SUPERHERO DUO, on par with BATMAN AND ROBIN, to defeat the UNIQUE EVILS of NEW YORK CITY!

NOTE: ALL RIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS BELONG TO MARVEL COMICS AND DC COMICS RESPECTIVELY. THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT VENTURE AND WE ARE IN NO WAY BEING PAID BY MARVEL OR DC TO CREATE THIS WEB SERIES. ALL MARVEL OR DC COMICS TRADE MARK CHARACTERS ARE OWNED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE COMPANIES. THIS IS A WORK OF FAN-FICTION. THANKS AND ENJOY!

Spider-Man and ALL related characters are owned by Marvel Comics and Stan Lee respectively

Batman and ALL related characters are owned by DC Comics and Bob Kane respectively

Even though Hellfire can burn through anything, it really depends on the will of the user. If Ghost Rider wanted to, he could melt the Adamantium off of Wolverine's bones, heat it up so it would sear his muscles and skin from the inside, or just burn his soul without causing any bodily harm

When we the readers read Batman's inner thoughts, we are reminded that he IS just a man in a suit, and he KNOWS it. No matter how much Bruce wants to make Batman "perfect" or "strike fear into the hearts of criminals", at the end of the day, he's still a man, regardless of his status as a "Myth" or "Legend" to everyone else in Gotham.

Seeing how Batman thinks is what makes him interesting. If all he did was punch out bad guys every issue he would get boring really quick. Even if like in Gotham Central where he's a background character who we see as the myth or legend as the main focus of that issue see him, Batman can still get boring because we don't see his motivation. His motivation has long past the "Avenge the violent death of his parents" to something that he NEEDS to do, as evidenced in Batman: KnightsEnd where after he recovers from his broken back, even though he gives the mantel to Dick, Bruce has every intention to retake the name "Batman" and continue his crusade, with his internal dialogues making all the difference.

The last time we saw the Ultimate Ben Reilly, he was still with the CIA surrounded by Doc Ock's cloning technology. Is it a stretch to say that Ben could have mixed his DNA with one of the Peter Parker samples, created a clone of himself, send it to Madame Web (as he was going to do with "Jessica Drew" the female Spider-Clone) giving it a new name (Miles Morales) and fake memories, and sending him to Brooklyn to live with one of their covert agents to be his surrogate mother of sorts and report on his progress, so the CIA can have their own Super-Soldier like they wanted in Ultimate Spider-Man 103-104?

Thoughts?

Lets not forget that the Tumbler Batmobile from the pictures is actually the 1st Prototype that Lucius Fox let Bruce test in Batman Begins when he visits Wayne Enterprises for the first time since his "return from the dead", and Bane looks alright considering his first movie debut:
