@Necrotic_Lycanthrope: I don't see why not. As long as they're written solidly there's no reason they can't be paired with solid artwork, etc and be made into a good comic. God knows we need more solid writing in comics.

I'm only reading Comedian and Ozymandias but have enjoyed them so far. I'm really looking forward to Dr. Manhattan and Rorschach, though.

A lot of great choices here but seeing as I've not been into anime in almost a decade I can only add Hellsing Ultimate.
