The killing of Harambe, the gorilla at the Cincinnati Zoo who was shot after a small child fell into his cage has prompted much debate- with even calls for the parents of the child to be prosecuted for neglect.

My guess is that NO ONE is to blame- these things just happen and we should just move on(unlike Cecil the lion, there is NO proximate individual who bears any responsibility for his deaht).
