RKT Doesn't just have magic, he has reality warping as well.

I usually defend Lex because of Doom fanboys but he isn't as good as Doom with science. If anything he's probably on par with Stark

Leader is suppose to be pretty viscious when it comes to intellect. RKT would steamroll Prime though.

I give Doom a small edge over Lex. Lex is the better prepper, planner and manipulator but Doom offers a bit more in magic and science. Lex to me has always been a mix of Tao and Reed/Doom.

Although according to Beatbok, Ray Palmer can def contend with Doom/Reed level charactes.

As much as I love the Chief he isn't going to do much here except annoy the Hulks.
