Their confidence gives me so much optimism for this book. When the creators are that proud and enthusiastic you just know it's gonna be good. Francis Manapul's art makes it worth it alone.

Does Parallax have a host? Cos he can't function without a host. I'm not sure who wins this one. Where does the fight take place? With prep it looks like DC would find ways to block telepathic attacks and turn their costumes into plastic so that Magneto can't affect them so easily. I still say X-Men takes it tho cos they've got some really powerful mutants over there.

If they find each other in a straight fight then Green Arrow but if Moon Knight manages to sneak up on him and take him close by surprise I say he gets the edge. This would be a an interesting fight tho.

Just read up on Madman and I think that would make a great animated movie (if Pixar made it then even better). It sounds a little too goofy for live-action tho

There are three things DC could do to get on the level Marvel is now with their movies.
1) Reboot Green Lantern (not now, but soon)
2) Make a Flash movie, I can honestly picture what a huge hit this would be with the right actors and directors
3) Make a Shazam! movie! I mean come there is no audience this movie does not appeal to. Just think of all the potential it has, even attracting the heavy magic fans. Just don't make it a kids movie (PG-13 at least please)

Never heard of Madman before but he sounds interesting

Captain America vs. Joker! In an expanded universe of Marvel and DC, Cap travels to Gotham City looking for Batman to help him against the Red Skull's next master plan. While in the city, he first runs into none other than the Joker himself! A fight erupts. The two characters have no idea of the other's capabilities but both have their standard paraphernalia.

Morals: ON (if Joker has any)

This. Also I think the reason Marvel is stomping DC in the movie biz is because they're taking risks. When Marvel dished out Iron Man, who at the time few non-followers new, they made him the talk of the town. Now with Captain America and Thor and the Avengers coming up they are raising more hype than ever because they took the risk of recreating the Marvel U in the form of cinema. They're even in talks of making a Doctor Strange movie and a Guardians of the Galaxy movie, who are B-list titles at best even in the comics universe (no hate for either titles, love them both!). What DC (or Warner Bros.) needs to do is stop treating every superhero movie like it's just another rom-com. The new Batman franchise was an exception to this but that should further teach DC what they can accomplish with a new and fresh and quite genius writer/director like Nolan and a respectable actor like Bale. DC has so much potential but if they rush everything like Green Lantern felt then it's just not going to work. Maybe even pull in some comic writers now to adapt some of their works. Geoff Johns and Grant Morrison would write killer Green Lantern and Superman screenplays, don't ya think?
