Isn't there another channel that Warner Bros. can shop their shows to? I think Cartoon Network has shown they're shooting for the bottom the last year or so. They want the cheap shows with the crappy animation. I guess that's all we can expect from basic cable.
You're not taking into account that the act that makes them think the Joker made it into the cave happened before Dick Grayson became Robin. If Batman were sure the Joker didn't make it into the cave at that time, why would he bother telling anyone about it? In his mind it wasn't an issue.
I don't care. I'm just not attached to the whole new 52. They're trying to do too much all at once and I have no attachment to any of the characters anymore. Superman is an aloof ass who isn't even concerned that his own cousin has made it to Earth and is all alone in a world she doesn't understand. I think DC has failed on every level in this relaunch.
I'm going to guess it is war between the Government and the Avengers this time. This will lead to yet another breakup of the teams and instead of being a defacto super human police force for the government they will reform into being an independent Superhero team again. Except for Tony Stark. I still want to see that fascist pay for his crimes committed during his time as head of S.H.I.E.L.D.
