Im just not sure this is going to work as well as Tiny Titans or Superman Family. Hellboy has a much darker core concept with demons ghosts and monsters. Its a bit harder to make kid friendly. Plus this may be a personal thing but if I wouldnt want my kid running around saying Hellboy. Hell isnt REALLY a curse word but its somewhere in between a normal word and a cuss.

Ive been absolutely loving this comic so far. The only thing thats really ticked me off is the situation with Damian. I seriously doubt that Damian would ever side with Superman over his own father unless he had just met his father. The writers of this and the game dont seem to really get Damian beyond the key points that he is Batmans son and the Robin who occasionally kills. Dont even get me started in how they handled alternate universe Nightwing in the game! Ill avoid specifics for anyone who hasnt played but needless to say it ticked me off.

I work at a bar, and a couple weeks ago I was sitting alone at the end of the bar while all the other employees were cleaning behind the bar.
Out of nowhere I heard this womans laugh behind me and when I turned around no one was there. It was pretty freaky especially since a few other employees told me they heard the same thing a few days ago.

Its a real shame that Chris Burnham seemingly cant keep up with a monthly series. At least Jason Masters is pretty good and matches Burnhams style well but those two pages by Andrei Bressan were just terrible and REALLY took me out of the story. Other than that the last two pages were amazing and the callback to Year One was perfect.

Iron Man is the FAR superior movie. It was a much tighter experience with a great hero and great story. Iron Man 2 is by far the biggest Marvel cinematic universe dissapointment. That doesnt mean its necessarily a bad film but its all over the place with far too many things going and barely any of the subplots given enough time for proper development.

Think about it there was the subplot with Tony dying and trying to come up with a cure, the subplot with Tony dealing with his mortality and his downwards spiral, Tonys issues with Pepper, the subplot with Tony dealing with his daddy issues, the subplot with the military trying to get ahold of a suit, the subplot with Hammer, the subplot with Whiplash, the whole SHEILD subplot with Black Widow and Nick Fury setting up the Avengers Initiative, Rhodys issues with Tony, and all the stuff going on with the Stark Expo. Sure alot of these subplots eventually converge such as the Hammer and Whiplash subplots and Rhodys issues with Tony leading to the aquisition of an Iron Man suit for the Military but its all just way too much going on for one movie with its limited runtime.

Heck looking at it now they couldve easily split it into two movies with a rewrite having Tony deal with his illness, daddy issues, and downward spiral with Whiplash as the villain in one movie; and having Tony deal with the militarys attempted aquisition of a suit, SHEILD and the Avengers setup, while having Hammer as the villain in another movie

It may look like a hate the movie but I actually quite like it. I just wish it had lived up to the amazingness of the first movie.

I Vampire(unfortunately was just canceled but is still an awesome read)

there are plenty of other great books and runs from the new 52 but IMO these are the cream of the crop

It would definatley be awesome and he looks great with a beard though it might be tough to explain to some people why Clark Kent and Superman grew a beard at the same time lol

@deaditegonzo: Big Barda is on Earth 2 at the moment so she couldnt do it. Plus I have a hard time believing Barda would obey any order Waller would give her

I would say there are way more manga readers than comic readers worldwide

Im hoping the mystery thief is a returned Damian Wayne. He would easily be able to get into the Batcave with his access. Maybe he was revived and genetically altered to be older and brainwashed to get the Kryptonite, or is from the future/parallel universe.

The biggest clue IMO is the fact that they mention the death of Damian at the beginning of the book. There is literally no reason Geoff Johns had to put that exchange between Alfred and Red Hood in other than to provide the readers with information that may be necessary in the future. He couldve written it so that the thief snuck in and knocked Alfred out while he was cleaning and the rest of the issue wouldnt have changed in any major way.
