just what was needed 3
After my slight rant about the Avengers not giving any time for the characters to interact and for the reader to get to know and care about the team , they spring this on me. When i sat down to read it i laughed out loud it was just great , if you dont enjoy the chat between Ms Mavel , Spiderwoman and then Hawkeye then i dot think your into comics for the storys. From my slight feeling of disappointment in issue 12 , this issue brought a smaile back to my face . THE STORY WAS BETTER PACED and seemed to allow the characters a bit of space to develop. The end was a real buzz as i wasnt expecting the twist at all. THE GOOD Since Ultimates i have loved Hitchs art. I may not be getting it but i found this end to the story a bit of a let down. To me it seemed to sell the rest of this great story arc short and appeared forced and just a bit to short. Perhaps i may be being a bit unfare but when you have one of the most powerful weapons in the marvel universe being held by a total fruit like Hood i sort of wanted a more explosive end to another wise good Avenger story.
