I like the idea of it sure but Ultimate comics have weird need to be over the top instead of realistic and modern or aleast they are straying from realistic to over the top. that said Taskmaster seems like a good get. I'd have him introduced as one of Nick Fury's black ops agents Shang hai ed just like Hawkeye. From there I don't know. Maybe he secretly trained Hawkeye at some point before so they have a history and instead on staying on Taskmaster just ran and eluded SHEILD capture. I mean that sounds impressive considering SHEILDS reach in the ultimate universe. Don't play him as pure villain or hero that way he stays fresh and interesting. Like that old cliche about a man having to hunt down the one guy deadlier than he is and it turns out they know each other. that old hestnuts been fueling action movies forever.IMO

Love Taskmaster a great example of how you don't need to be able to everything to be interesting.I read Udon and honestly I prefer the 616 I just wish his costume would loose the tight whittys man!! You are a Badass damnnit!!! But his power level is great I want to see him fight the Avengers again.

See that's what I'm thinking. It's one thing to say oh boo whoo it happens to evrybody but it really doesn't. Guy and Hal and Kyle are alwyas seen they are always in a series they always have PERSONAL LIVES. Can you say that they don't? When was the last time John was doing something on Earth that had nothing to do with being a superhero? Had a single battle, that's one on one, with well anybody? Fought a major DC villain? Saved the day by not killing someone who otherwise would be an innocent? When was the last time JOHn said the oath? simple things like that are a disgrace. But I'm hopeful that this cureent arc is going to try a correct that but denying him his own feats and history acting like it never happened to appease people to sorry to read literally making the ignorant comfortable because knowledge scares them that is disgraceful.

Loved it don't care how it sounds. I love the Void because he's pure. he's looking at Lindy and thinking "Wow you are a really dumb one aren't you, I bet I can say anything and you're so scared you can't muster a thought." Loved that he chose to say that. A lot of peopple don't really understand what the Void is or how the Sentry works, Bob is the lie the Sentry is the lie, the Void is real it's about as real as it gets and Seriously all the Bendis hate that's just - look who cares name me somebody who would have wrote something better that doesn't center on a character I haven't seen overused a hundred times. And now that I think about it name a character that isn't at least six degrees from somebody whose powers come from drugs. Good luck.

I'm okay with it. it was like a cool miniseries. The art made each issue feel like an episode of some prime time action drama but it got on the point and delivered plus it used great underused characters. I think Marvel should keep characters like this in short runs. I always like the beginning of a Moon Knight title but torwards the middle it just loses someting.....

Yeah i really don't see why not, i mean opposies attract. plus Carol isn't as hard ass as you'd think with the whole military background. In my exprience people from military backgrounds and lifestyles have fun and want enjoy the momnent. They've written Carol cracking jokes and being an asskicker. obviously it won't last, they won't get married or nothing, i mean look at Black widow, spiderWoman, Hawkeye Daredevil, Luke Cage, She hulk, Iron Man I mean there is something about wearing tights and facing insane levels of danger that makes people hook up and enrtertainment ensues y'know.

Loved this series this is the Kind of thing that really makes me believe some characters are just destined for epic mini series or a maxi series. So much character and art and story. Oh and honestly I loved a lot of the Bendis stuff even his haters without whom he really would not be nearly as popular.

Either way it would be amazing. It's so cool I instantly think of Spock and Kirk. to the sketchbook!!

As much as I love WW and Barda because they are concentrated bad ass, this is John and Guy the hardest hitters and the thinkers
