So many different sports, so much variation I don't believe there's any way to really ascertain a correct answer.

Also, does it make you a better athlete to be the pinnacle of one sport (Michael Phelps or Simone Biles) or not quite as dominant but very good at multiple sports (Deion Sanders or Bo Jackson)?

A lot of different things to try and figure out to even attempt to come to a conclusion here.

I will say for my money Michael Phelps may have been the most dominant athlete in his respective sport I can think of.
