Dragon Warriors
Killed dragon for official recognition as dragon warrior
Lord garian was supposedly human. He was already an incredible fighter with great strategical mind better than any before him known. It was said he had precognition as well as a natural talent to predict outcomes of many things. Joining the dragon warriors at age 26 (long past when most join). he passed not only every dragon warrior alive but even the very first sho was part vampire. Abandoning the traditional twin diamond swords he stole his teacher black blade called Nex. He has access to immense wealth and various resources as well as, being a top dragon warrior, is in commanf of many of them most of whom he pays quite well. He also has human armies with magnificent armor and weapons designed to outdo modern tanks in their power and defense, snipers in accuracy, and Earths most athletic people. He did things no other man had done including kill a vampire in mist form. Now he is known as the dragon warrior prime.

Identity: public. He is also well known for using rare metals as payment instead of the common money. To fix this he has places to trade them in in the case someone does not want it. They are payed an extra 40% just because of their troubles.

Strength: Although he has proven he can lift 10 tons he prefers to cutting through them.
Speed: can react to lightspeed or faster, possibly by means of precognition or predictions. Can speedblitz at mach five. Keep speed at mach 1.
One of the greatest warriors to ever exist, especially in the use of the sword. However he is still extremely impressive in other forms of combat.
Intelligence: Garian is highly intelligent in almost any form of battle or survival as well as politically. He has never lost a strategy game. He can predict almost any move or even emotion (whether it's shown or not), and can be very good at being inventive.
Powers: Telekineses: Used to move bigger than tank sized objects with relative ease but prefers small objects and extreme precision, his powers have greatly increased to entire mansions and even large estates. He has figured out how to effect electricity, fire, and many things that would generally be thought seperate from the telekinetic abilities, including sound.
Telepathy: although he has to touch his victim he can and prefers to drive them insane. He can also drive an attacker insane.
Pyrokinesis: Major skill and power with pyrokinesis learned from his Dragon Warrior training.
Cryokinesis: Although uncommon for most Dragon Warriors Garian recently developed the ability to freeze things even to brittle point and expel water from out of the air which would freeze. Also capable of manipulating cold or ice objects.
Various small abilities including, light flash, intensive lung capacity, ability to stop heart and brain temporarily, and some others. Can grant any or all of his powers to someone for any reason, but there must be one, once he offered this as a prize for beating him in a duel to a master human duelist. He set his powers aside temporarily and still won, so he kept his powers.
Special powers: Sanity touch, sanity disrupter. This is a power related to telapthy. All he has to do is touch the person, even if they're wearing armor or he's wearing a glove. And he gains practically total control over their nervous system and sanity. He can drive them insane. Make them explode. Erase all memories of any sort. Simply turn off or rewire the brain so even super regeneration won't help. This is considered as dangerous as the Phoenix force and is far worse than almost any telepathy can handle as he can use it once someone attacks him telepathically. "Sound echo" this allows Garian to send a sound almost anywhere as long as it was related to him. Being able to fake voices means he can make the sound of someone(s) speaking somewhere else. Or alert people to somethings presence. This is NOT a voice amplifier.
Nex was given to Carlos Garian. Nex enhancements: Can only be used by Garian because of the Rimefrost ring. increases speed, strength, and durability threefold. Increases intelligence twofold. Can cut through adamantium easily. Is and makes user invulnerable to most forms of magic and heat manipulation as well as other forms of manipulation. Give user increased magic powers. Can absorb small rings, pendents, symbols or such.

Accent/language: natural to English. Usually speaks in an English accent but has tweaked it before to sound american, scottish, irish, russian, cajun, and australian. Anything else is unknown.
He is called a mental manipulator as he is not quite a telepath but has similar abilities.
Note: For RP battles I shall limit my use of Sanity touch a bit as well as how powerful I make it. For instance instead of just getting to do it if someone touches him (directly or indrectly) he is required to use his hand and has to touch something attached to the person (such as clothing) or the person themselves. Unless they're about to strike a deadly blow, then I shall use it to force them to stop attacking him for him to escape (But only if there isn't another way out I can think of)
