The reason I started reading comics, and her characterization with Mike Carey is pretty much one of the only reasons Im still reading the X-Men.

I wish they would have combined both her British and Japanese body in order to retconn the body swap, but she continues to be an amazing character when written well.

She was kind of cliche, but I think they finally started thinking of her as a real Goddess...now if they would just start using her again!

I liked her more when she had to rely more on her skill, rather than being labeled an Omega level mutant. She is tough, rich, gorgeous, and she isnt afraid to do whats necessary in order to get the job done. Im tired of the whole "is she going to be a villain again?" She has been with the X-Men for 10 years! Her best stories were in Generation X and Astonishing X-Men.

The heart of the X-Men...although too bad she can't seem to stay alive for very long.

One the most iconic women of the X-Men. She even seems to be branching out into the rest of the MU, something Wolverine is more typically known for.

One of the most iconic Avengers around. Plus she was the reason Rogue had enhanced strength and the ability to fly. She isn't my favorite character, but she is definitely one of the best in the MU.

His care free attitude is hilarious...even in the Ultimate Universe where he isn't so nice, everything works out for him.

The original was such a classic, immensely powerful and a KGB trained operative. Now that she has been resurrected by Selene, maybe they will finally put her to good use?

Very interesting and in depth background. I also love the way she shows affection. She has some good and bad stories, but I think that is because she tends to get over-used a bit by writers.

She beat up Ms. Marvel and wouldn't leave her kid in the states during the Civil War...she owns!

I was so excited when she joined the New Avengers...too bad it was the Skrull Queen. I hope she can make a full come back soon.

Id like to see her delve more into the role of a Valkyrie. Although I feel like she will be lost in Marvel's limbo if that happens, so Im fine with her just hanging with the New Mutants

I love Solar Deities and while she may have just been a stereotypical villain in the past, Top Cow is really trying to push her up with the Top Tier characters where she belongs!

House Dexter's Council Guardian, and she wasn't even a member of the Six, but she was still more powerful and crafty than so many of the other members of her race!

Ruthless, powerful, and full of animosity. If she wasn't so jealous and power hungry, she probably could have gotten quite a bit more than what she did.
