1. Your forgetting about Asura, asura can one shot Juggernaut by punching him into the sun which he can do since the Juggernaut weights only 800 lbs and Asura has punched a mountain sized being out to orbit

2. Master Chief can avoid the attacks until Asura finishes off the Juggernaut

3.If Jennifer cancels out his tk he can still use telepathy or just disintegrate her with his disintegration beam
