@maddpanda531: Oh youre so right! They never talk about wolverine's past out side of these 2 series, never. Its so frustrating to have his past filled in only by these 2 series. In the 90s they totally did not start consistently crapping out idiotic nonsense about his past year after year. Wolverine is such a better character now they we know about his cliched origin and all the dumb stuff he did before he was in the x-men. This book where wolverine fights a bear is the beast comic Ive read in decades 5 out of 5 stars.

I still cant get over the positive reviews of this film. Its like people watched it with their brains turned off. Theres just so much wrong with it, which I was willing to forgive right up until superman killed zod. Dont give this he had no choice crap, hes superman there are many things he couldve done to save those people besides killing zod. It was just lazy writing. Id give this film 2/5 stars. I really wanted to like it but sadly for me its the kind of movie that the more I think it about the worse it gets.

@chalkshark: Did anyone even see Salt? I know I didnt, and neither did anyone I know.

if you read the book carefully youll see that the sequel is already in there, and therefore there is no reason to make a sequel because it is a self contained story.

@cattlebattle: you make a very good point there. hadn't even considered that. it would be cool if they just went to John in the second film but Im sure they wont. Bet there are quite a few younger folks and kids who said to themselves "I thought GL was a black guy" when they saw the movie.

that Apocalypse looks terribad.

@joshmightbe: guess youve never read the comics because its panel for panel line for line adaptation of the comic. nothings been left out or added. so batman appears just as much in the movie as he did in the comic.
