This is the best book Marvel has out right now. And I'm sad to see it end, but it was a fantastic ride. My favorite comic from Marvel this year.
I've heard people say the same for Daredevil and Moon knight too...
Moon Knight's great too, and once Vision wraps up I feel comfortable calling it the best book Marvel will be putting out. And luckily I haven't seen any indication that its coming to an end soon :)
Well, one positive is that its nice to see the Stepfords listed as the "Stepford Cuckoos" again. Bendis tried pretty hard to get everyone to just call them the "Stepford Sisters"
I'm new to comics but I was wondering why is there a comic vine watermark on the corner of these cover variants? Don't the artists and/or the comic companies own the rights or trademarks?
A watermark has nothing to do with rights and trademarks. DC sent these covers to Comicvine as an exclusive, and they put a watermark to make sure that no other site can just take these covers and post them up for themselves. So if, for example, Bleeding Cool wants to steal these images and put them up on their own site, they'll either have to crop 1/10th of the image or give some free publicity to Comicvine.
This comic looks like tumblr.. Does Spider-Gwen has something like a "Safe-Space",if Doc Oc gets rude ?
Looks like someone was offended enough by the art to take cheap shot. Love the irony
I do not see any "irony" in here, neither I am offended. It just looks like the dream of a teenage girl.
....huh? First she's sitting across the street from a burger shop watching a robbery, then she's in a lab with her injured dad talking about technical stuff and her powers. Which of these looks like tumblr and the dream of a teenage girl?
Is it because she says "I can't even" at one point? Cuz you know that's not just a tumblr thing, that's a pretty common phrase now. Is this like when people complain that Archie is a "hipster" now just because he has one of those shaved-on-the-sides haircuts that an actual teen would have?
How can the penciler, the inker, the colorist, and the editors that have to approve the cover all look at this thing and say "Yup, that's a regular looking neck, no corrections needed"?
