I wrote an entire blog on her a while back, and how savagely she's been mistreated. Backtrack her a bit, recreate the implacable electrical maniac that she was and stop using her as a punching bag. Dammit, DC.
The ability to outwit the Bat, create enormous deathtraps and amazing riddles and tricks, cheats like no other, incredible detective and creative mind... and yet you'll never even see him on a Top 10 list. The amount of writers who have done the Riddler justice can be counted on one hand.
Bleez's capabilities are few and far between, and have to be searched for in between her getting roughed up by those who shouldn't be able to. Let's see her show what she can do. Beat the snot out of a few Lanterns and reclaim her place as a top-tier RL.
How hard would it be to give this poor guy a badass moment, just now and again? Every once in a rare while he'll come up with some plot device serum or get a new transformation, but he's been horribly misused. He could be one of the most influential and gentle minds on the X-world and if he applied himself, could assuredly shift the direction that entire section of the Marvel U is headed in.
As we've seen in various cartoons and games, Killer Frost can have a ton of sass, attitude, and personality, while simultaneously being a completely ruthless and heartless villain. Now she looks like Rule 63 Iceman....
Sure he's cool, and his reputation precedes him. But as far as actual appearances go, that's all he's got... his reputation. He's a great character but needs a chance to really show what he's capable of.
She was fun for a little while in Secret Six, but again, didn't get the chance she needed to show her stuff. We need to see her really show her centuries of experience, her combat ability, more of her healing factor, or even her computer/language skills. Hell, a solo detective title starring her could actually be a ton of fun -- decoding ancient languages and hacking into high-tech vaults, all in between binge-drinking and one-night stands.
Great when she existed. Now we'll never see her again and the reboot came before she really got an opportunity to shine and form a fanbase.
See Misfit.
Man, Ragman is cool as hell. Yet with Shadowpact he's always the underdog, in a position where he is the least useful until a situation arises that specifically requires him. Give him a lower-powered team to be on and let him shine.
Why the hell have we not seen World War Alice yet? The Justice League trying to somehow contain her when she robs powers from Wonder Woman/Zatanna/whoever, possibly causing a catastrophe that way. Alternatively, her hormonal rage and immense power could cause her to go on some kind of destructive rampage... in any case, it would end up being an entire DC event as the world tries to bring Lori down.
He needs to show what he can do. Hack the Batcomputer or the Watchtower. Take control of Cyborg. Get Brainiac on a leash. Something.
For being one of the coolest Green Lanterns (in my humble opinion) she sure doesn't get much love from the writers.
