Gloriana, Real Name: Meggan Puceanu
Meggan is a extremely powerful mutant. She is an Empath, Elemental, and Shape-shifter. These powers join together to give Meggan a myriad of powers.
She has copied the powers of Galactus, Silver Surfer, Phoenix, Dr. Strange and others.. harnessed the powers beyond the Power Cosmic. Also she gains full knowledge of powers and can call upon any of them just by thinking. She is also an Elemental and has full power over each of them. She is also a Emp and can put emotions into others. She has over thrown Hell with Dr Strange’s powers, and she is immune to reality warpers. She can be called an Elemental Empath, Elemental Shape-shifter, an Empathic Shape-shifter, and Power Mimic.

Though appearing human, Tao is a genetically engineered creature with a superhuman intellect and the unexplainable ability to mold logic, sense and rationality to his will. Through words, gestures and expressions, he can subvert and dominate the will of even the greatest minds around.
Tao's main power is his unbelievable intelligence. According to his files "Tao's grasp of tactical, strategic thinking has achieved a seemingly transcendent level which utterly surpasses normal human consciousness. Without any recognized psionic skill such as telepathy or telekinesis, Tao's mind has entered conceptual territory so far above our own that one might as well attempt explaining quantum physics to an ant." Tao's brilliance usually shows itself in his ability to quickly figure out just about anything, from how to operate complex machines, how systems (social or technological) work, what the perfect strategy for any given situation is, even down to personal secrets, flaws, traits and weaknesses of people he's only just met. These kinds of information are then used in the manipulation of individuals and whole cultures for his own ends.
How he uses his intelligence on others, to manipulate and control them, is something that seems to be hypnotic or psychic, but isn't. According to scientists and people that have looked into Tao's creation (people like John Lynch), everything Tao can do comes from his intelligence. He's just so smart that somehow talking to someone, even briefly, is enough for him to completely control their way of thinking...

Moonstone, Real Name: Karla Sofen, M.D. - Team Therapist
She's a control freak with nearly limitless power granted her by moonstones, hence her codename.
Karla is able to access a variety of powers after a Kree gravity stone found on the Earth's moon was bonded to her central nervous system. Kree gravity stones are shards of a Lifestone derived from the Kree Tree of Life. Her powers include: self propelled flight, intangibility, the ability to manipulate gravity in a variety of ways like force blasts, superhuman strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, generation of miniature black holes, and transportation of objects through dimensional rifts. Also, her costume is an extension of the stone and can be altered at will.
Karla possesses an M.D. in psychology, however she also holds extensive knowledge in the area of psychoanalysis due to her time studying under Dr. Faustus. This has helped to make her an expert manipulator.

X-Man, Real Name: Nathaniel Grey - Team Shaman
An Omega-level mutant genetically created by Mr. Sinister from the Age of Apocalypse timeline. He shares the same genetic history as Cable. After returning from the dead, Nate joined the New Mutants and started a relationship with Dani Moonstar, until his full powers returned.
After becoming one with Earth, X-Man has ascended to a higher state of existence. Nate is now able to exist as a being of pure psionic energy, unrestrained by the boundaries of the physical world. He is also capable of physical reconstitution by absorbing psionic energy to reform his body if he desires. Along with learning to rebuild his physical form, X-Man's heightened state of existence has allowed him to convert his body into pure psychic energy and possess people. He used this power to possess Norman Osborn. While possessing someone, he can also explore their mind from the inside. It is possible that if he possesses a mutant, he can use their powers along with his own.
Nate possessed telepathy of the first order and was unmatched by any other telepath. His telepathy proved great enough in power and scope as to allow him to read thoughts across vast distances, and even interface with multiple minds, simultaneously. His telepathy was so great that even while inexperienced and weakened, his powers enabled him to easily block and even overcome telepaths such as Charles Xavier. He was even able to hide his mind from Cerebro, which is impossible for even the strongest mutants to accomplish. Most recently, he has demonstrated the ability to communicate with every person on the planet simultaneously, without discernible effort, a feat that both Cassandra Nova and Jean Grey could only manage with technological enhancement. He was also controlling Magneto, and possibly the other three Horsemen of Salvation, at the time..
An alternate version of Jean Grey, "Queen Jean", described Nate Grey as the ultimate telekinetic with the statement: "It is what all Nate Greys have been on every earth".

Scarlet Witch, Real Name: Wanda Marya Maximoff - Team Witch
The probability manipulating and reality warping mutant known as the Scarlet Witch is the daughter of the mutant Magneto and his late wife Magda. Wanda is also the fraternal twin sister of Pietro ( Quicksilver) and also the power behind the mutant catastrophe, M-Day. Shortly after Magda (her Mother) became pregnant, she witnessed her husband use his magnetic powers and realized that he was a mutant. Being terrified of mutants, Magda did not tell him of her pregnancy and fled from their home at the first opportunity.
Wanda is also a living focal point for the earth's magic. Her sorcerous training with Agatha Harkness is separate from her mutant ability of probability (science). But the mixture of the two makes her considerably more powerful than just using her probability powers. She has a special affinity for the natural elements and materials that true witches utilize in their spells: the four alchemical elements, wood, organic substances, etc. The reliability factor of her hex-casting ability is also limited by her physical condition: when well rested, in good health and mentally and emotionally alert Scarlet Witch can cast numerous hex-spheres in rapid succession and attain desirable results for almost an hour. However, certain events in House of M, have shown that her limits may have been removed altogether. And her powers actually evolved, giving her the mutant ability to alter reality on a vast scale by way of magic
In the House of M storyline, Wanda showed that she could fly, transform people and matter, fire powerful beams of magic, and disable other mutants abilities. She could also bring the dead back to life. Wanda is 1/3 the earth's High Priestess, As seen in tarot cards.

Magician, Real Name: Elliot Boggs
Magician's mutant ability enables him to alter reality. He can create people or objects that were previously not present, resist the psionic abilities of others, manipulate gravity and other natural forces, and manipulate the memories of those around him. He can give himself super strength and can seem to locate people even though he doesn't know exactly where they are. He has been seen to trap the entire X-men team in the ground while fighting Phoenix (Jean Grey), Nick Fury, and Professor X. He has even erased the memories of the entire X-men team including Professor Xavier, who is supposed to be the most powerful telepath on Earth. Elliot's powers also seem to be at least partially driven by his unconscious desires to see certain events made into reality.

She controls quantum outcomes. She sees all possible quantum realities and is able to choose which one happens, allowing her to manipulate probabilities. With this she is seen shifting guards guns into a large glass of beer, turning a small pebble into a bird, among other things. She has no limits to her control over probabilities. Her only limitation is that, in using her power too much, the fabric of space-time could unravel. She also posses mythical senses which allows her to feel the magical phenomenal events and know the magic of a universe she is in.

He has utter control over the form and structure of matter and has displayed: repair of machinery, intangibility, healing injuries of both himself and others, removal or augmentation of superhuman qualities and the creation and evolution of lesser life forms. He can also manipulate energy which has allowed him to generate lightning, fire, explosions and the ability to create force fields. The full extent of his abilities are unknown.

Jenny has the ability to manipulate the laws of quantum dynamics, which allows her to create pocket universes. Her father Apollo once described her as having the ability to do "basically anything".

Michael Korvac - Technopathy
In Korvac's ultimate form he was able to lift well over 100 tons. After he had absorbed the energies of Galactus' ship, it made him on a power level with cosmic beings such as Galactus, Odin, Zeus, the Elders of the Universe and other cosmic beings. He could use his powers in a variety of ways such as traveling through time, astral projection, telepathy, resuscitation, and lastly long range energy bombardment. He was also capable of absorbing power from any source including sentient beings. Its been said Korvac had the potential for infinite power.

Sersi is an Eternal. She is the daughter of Helios and Perse. Sersi is the only fifth level adept, the highest possible, among the Eternals in the discipline of matter rearrangement. Amongst the Eternals it's said that even Prime-Eternal Zuras, mightiest of all Eternals, fears the power of Sersi.
Sersi's greatest skill is the psionic rearrangement of molecular structures of objects, which is far greater then that of any other Eternal. Her abilities are so great that she can actually manipulate matter down to the subatomic level. Sersi's abilities work on both organic and inorganic and there doesn't seem to be a object she cannot affect. Sersi's transformations are usually permanent, unless she herself, another person, or a device that can rearrange or transmute matter undoes them.

DeathStorm (Martin Stein) Team Assassin
As death personified, he is completely unstoppable.
Deathstorm possesses all of the powers but does not require a Black Lantern Ring or Power Battery to wield them as it appears that he is his own "Black Lantern" Firestorm Matrix to store and draw his dark/anti-matter power from. Deathstorm can also transmute organics into whatever he desires. For Deathstorm, creating Black Lanterns out of dirt or turning one's blood into acid, is as simple as breathing.

Honorable Mention - The Saint sold his soul after a tragedy, so that he could continue to kill. He is indestructible, absolutely lethal, and utterly unstoppable.
The Saint of Killers wields two of the most powerful weapons in the universe. Two Walker Colt revolvers crafted from the Sword of the Angel of Death. Because they were meant to aid him in his mission as the Angel of Death they were given special properties.
First off they will never jam, nor will they run out of ammunition or need to be reloaded. But the most important factor of the revolvers is that they will always hit their mark, no matter what they must pass through to reach it. As well, whatever wound is received from the guns shall always be fatal no matter who the victim is... The Saint of Killers is virtually omnipotent.

Trigon
His mind is unblocked to the entire universe. Trigon has instinctive knowledge of events before they happen, and often knows an enemy's every move and intention before said enemy even decides them. The upper pair of his eyes, allow him to be aware of nearly everything on the plane he is on.
Trigon possess extremely powerful telekinetic powers. His telekinetic powers are so strong, that he's able to manipulate the fundamental forces of the universe, manipulate reality, manipulate and distort the space-time continuum, and manipulate matter at the subatomic level.

Beyonder - Reality Warping
The Beyonder is an immensely powerful extradimensional entity of disputed origin. Virtually omnipotent in his realm, the Beyonder has striven on occasion to be mankind's both greatest savior and enemy in his quests to understand human nature.
As a result of being the entirety of a dimension of far more scope than our own multiverse, he was more powerful than all of the rest of reality (he was described in narration as having "millions" of time more power than all the power in our multiverse combined). He had the power to achieve whatever he pleased.

A 31st century sorcerer who intended to become omnipotent through collecting magical energies from the past, Sise-Neg traveled back to a pre-historic time on earth until he reached the very moment prior to the Big Bang. He eventually succeeds in collecting this power and becoming omnipotent.

Neron, The Lord of Hell - Team's Counterintelligence
Neron is a Devilish being of great power. He is the Lord of lies. He generally offers deals to villains and heroes for their souls. Neron has no limits in power and apparently cannot be defeated.
Neron's Powers are all on God like levels making him one of the most Powerful Devils in all the DCU.

The Protege - Power Mimic
Protege was able to copy any powers he saw manifested in front of him. This ability seemed to have no limit, and he was able to copy much of the power of some of the great cosmic beings of the multiverse, including the Beyonder, the Living Tribunal, Eternity, and Scathan the Approver.
Eternity stated that Protégé has the potential for infinite omnipotence no matter how much he mimics powers.

Cyttorak - Magic User
He is a powerful magical deity. Powerful magic users such as Doctor Strange, and The Ancient One, have invoked Cyttorak's power. The Vishanti have shown at one point to be wary of angering Cyttorak and advised Doctor Strange not to intervene with Cyttorak or any of his creations.

Blackheart - Team Healer
He is Omnipotent and mystically linked to the Darkforce dimension. He can steal souls without one's approval unlike his father.
The son of Mephisto, he possessing vast supernatural powers and immense magical powers over reality and dimension. He has great control over the elements and matter as well as Darkforce energies, can summon legions of demonic hordes and other creatures, healing and repairing matter and living tissue, manipulating minds by telepathic means, casting illusions, teleportation, dimensional travel, and shape-shifting.

Amatsu-Mikaboshi
Though the Japanese believe him to be their God of Evil and the Stars, Amatsu-Mikaboshi is so much more. He is actually an aspect of Oblivion and the Void, one of the most powerful abstracts in the Marvel Multiverse.
Mikaboshi possesses vast supernatural power, which is apparently inherent within him. He can use this mystical energy for a variety of effects, among which are his ability to alter his form and shape, however he is almost always represented as a being of black, shadowy energy with a mask for a face. He can reshape his limbs into razor-sharp blades, and assume the form of a fire-breathing serpent. Mikaboshi was able to slay even formidable alien deities having destroyed the Demo-gorge (an entity who devoured the Elder Gods themselves) with relatively little effort, as well as crippling and slaying Sky-fathers such as Zeus by tearing out his heart in seconds.
His power is of such extent that he can control numerous minor demons, as well as animating and manipulating corpses at will...
Mikaboshi's most frightening power, however, is his ability to absorb any and all forms of matter into his being by merely touching it. There is no limit to how much matter he can absorb and has therefore been able to consume entire realities whole without consequence. But as he consumes more and more matter, his body naturally increases in size until finally even beings like Galactus become specks of dust.
Matter is not the only thing he is limited to absorbing, however, Mikaboshi can take the souls and powers of any being he destroys and add them to his person, allowing him to not only use the fallen as slaves but also command their power. One such power Mikaboshi gained through this method were the powers of the demon Nightmare, which he used to drive all who slept insane by forcing them to see nothing but the everlasting void upon reaching REM sleep.

Honorable Mention - He is a cosmic vampire that feeds off the energy of stars and planets. Negative emotional states such as fear, hatred, and despair are also energy sources capable of satiating his hunger.
Older than all of creation, he is the subject of legends on countless worlds describing the end of the universe. In eons past, he has laid waste to entire galactic clusters. This galaxy-renown cosmic vampire has demonstrated the ability to consume energy from seemingly any source. However, to that end, his preference was to engineer astronomical chaos to provide the greatest release of energy possible. Generally, Starbreaker achieved this by dispatching his Mechanix, robotic armies, to upset a planet and absorb the resulting energy. With a thought, he often created duplicates of himself to oversee that his schemes were moving forward. The final stage of his destructive plans often ended with the entire planet crashing into its system's sun. In addition, the Cosmic Vampire had discovered that the greatest potential for energy resided in the minds and emotions of sentient beings. He found that this life force was more volatile, and burned brighter in times of conflict and death. As a result, Starbreaker continued to target populated planets.
