Halted Aging: The genetic manipulation that birthed him created him to cease aging around his twenties, to assure his usefulness wasn't impacted by something like the flow of time.
Enhanced Reflexes: Ivan intakes and processes information in his immediate surroundings at an astounding rate, enabling him to react to something with inhuman quickness.
Enhanced Senses: Eyesight that can see up to a mile away, hearing that can pick up a pin dropping through a concrete floor, a sense of smell that could pick up a gasoline leak upon entering a building, and taste sensitive enough to pick up poison in a drink before he ingests a lethal amount.
Memetic/Anti-Memetic Physiology: Capable of teleporting himself anywhere there's someone aware of his memetic concept. Essentially, if someone is aware of "Ivan", or "1147", he can appear anywhere in the general vicinity of them. Inversely, he can warp reality to erase his footprint. Any trace of him gone, he becomes impossible to trace. Each side of his power has a one hour cooldown before he can switch between the two. However, upon activating his anti-memetic state, he can build back up his memetic status overnight.

Improvisation: Dangerously resourceful in a pinch. A table leg becomes a bludgeon, chlorine tabs in a drink a distraction, just about anything he can get his hands on.
Bladed Combat: A top-tier swordsman, he regularly carries an assortment of small knives hidden in the linings of his clothing.
