It looks bleak that anyone would be able to complete the mission since it involves killing everything which means they would have to walk into the alien hive and kill everything there. Ares might be able to do it, Electro too if he had some huge power source to tap into. Other than that I don't see anyone powerful enough or smart enough to win.

The most powerful use of the force I can find is the ability to drain the life from a planet effectively destroying the planet. Shuma Gorath has been shown to alter the reality of any plane he exists in. A strong force user might be able to drain the life from Shuma Gorath. If all force users tried to drain the power of Shuma Gorath they might stand a chance but this is unlikely since Shuma Gorath is immortal, near all powerful and has only shown a weakness to very strong magic.

Master Chief has a lot of experience taking down invisible enemies. He is also well armed and has energy shields to protect him.
