Godzilla also has a healing factor... Ironman doesnt.... One Atomic breath Blast and Ironmans toast.
Listen buddy, you realize Ironmans fought thig across the galaxy, he'll just make a weird weapon like he always does and beat the crap out of him. You realize how fast he takes him out? how may weapons he has. He'll probably just teleport him away, with prep Ironmans almost as good as Batman.
