haseo was born in Tokyo, japan, April 2, 1945, haseo and his family lived in Tokyo for around 25 years, when haseo reached 13 he was running his dad's arms manufacturing company, since he died 2 years prier. haseo helped invent new weapons for the worlds military and supplied ironman with his ammunition! when haseo turned 25 he was recruited into a group known as "SHIELD", at the time he was only a soldier, but over the years, he gained lots of respect from SHIELD members, so when he finally was promoted to curnal, he was assigned his own "hellacarrier"! at age 40 now being the captain of the SHIELD hellacarrier, "HOPE", he protected Washington D.C. from any evil villeins! when haseo was age 42 he fought a small villain faction from killing the U.S. president! in this battle "HOPE" was badly damaged and had to call in any meta-humans near by!

3 hours into the battle "HOPE" started falling tords earth, so haseo told the crew to abandon ship! as superman, batman, wanderwonman and the flash arrived to the battlefield, they saw HOPE crash in the large field that the Washington monument sits, almost hitting it in the proses! haseo and 67% of HOPE's crew made it out alive and started to retreat as the meta-humans took on the villeins. now at age 44 haseo was assigned to command another hellacarrier called, "Arcadia". Arcadia, being an older modal of the light hellacarrier class, he resumed his old job to protect Washington D.C.!

Arcadia is a light, missile class hellacarrier made by SHIELD thats been in service since the first heliacarriers where mass produced! Arcadia is armed with 6 large missile pods that have 8 8MAG-class missiles that can fire up to 2120 miles and hit its target with there heavy payload. the Arcadia has 10 50mm Gatling guns for anti-air deffence and a main cannon thats hidden underneath that when activated it can shoot 500 miles and still do as much damage as 4 main guns of a WW2 battleship! the Arcadia is also equipped with a hanger like all helicariers, it can hold 4 F-22s and 4 F-35s( F-35 seen in image).
