An Ultimate Leader already appeared in Ultimate Human or whatever its called, so he will be back in this series

Theres already an Ult. Abomination, but this version is Emil Blonsky. Emil Blonsky was a Russian spy sent to steal a piece of The Hulk's DNA from SHIELD, but is caught doing so. He swipes the blood sample as fast as possible and runs away, but is repeatedly shot. He falls to the ground, and smashes the DNA. It splashes onto him, and gets into his body via the bullet holes. He wakes up in SHIELD custody, then sees what he has become: an abomination. When the Leader attacks SHIELD, he sets Emil free and uses a new device to brainwash him. He uses Emil to attack Hulk numerous times, as part of a master plan. Emil later joins the "Ultimate Masters" (an Ultimate version of the Masters of Evil) and once again fights Hulk as well as the rest of the Ultimates.

This version is Basil Sandhurst. Basil works for the terrorist group AIM and is sent to retrieve a device that can alter and control brainwaves. He finds it stuck between a transformer and a wall. He tries to get it but SHIELD agent burst in, and attempt to shoot him but miss. The bullet hits the wall so hard it bounces off and hits the transformer, causing an electrical explosion. As Basil was holding onto the brainwave machine when it exploded, he was suddenly fused with the electricity. Now being able to be AIM's best weapon, he decides to kill all the superheroes... starting with Iron Man and Hulk. They defeat him together, but Zzzax swears revenge.

This is a genetic experiment of the Leader. He is a combination of Hulk's DNA and Morbius The Living Vampire's DNA. The result: a huge, albino monster that sucks the body fluids from its victims. Skaar considers himself the son of Hulk, as he never met Morbius and does not know that he is actually a part of Morbius.

Skaar's "brother". He is a mixture of Hulk's DNA and Tony Stark's DNA. Bi-Beast was made... different. He has one head, but two faces and orange skin. One of his faces resembles Hulk's face, while the other resembles Stark's.
