I have no feeling about Bendis leaving or not leaving,my concern is Marvel and the way they are handling many of it's characters. I don't understand why every character has to now be a teenager or a female or a certain racial demographic. Clearly Marvel is losing money with it's current comic lineups certainly not enough to hurt them radically but enough to be noticed and that should tell you something.
The CGI in the The Flash on tv is better than this,sure some of it has sucked like Atom Smasher and the shark guy but those smart apes were done pretty good for a tv show. The Speed Force effects in this trailer are not as good as the tv show in my opinion. I just think Grant Gustin is a better Flash. Cyborg could have been done so much better with so much less CGI. Aquaman didn't impress me,Batman surprisingly is not bad even if I don't like Ben Afleck. Wonder Woman by far stands out really good. But without Superman,GL and Jon Jon'zz it's more like Justice League light.
Actually,AtheistKnowledge and I were DEBATING not arguing. He,or She is clearly very knowlegable and very respectful. I didn't lose or win,it was my opinion,just like Atheist had an opinion,we both agreed on some points,others we disagreed. I have thousands of comics which I've read so yes I do know a bit about them. Grew up buying and reading them until I got carsick. lol After school on the days new ones came out. The worst thing you could do to me if I was bad as a kid would be taking comic day away! lol
First off,I know quite a bit about many,many things I'll ignore that as simply an opinion. I don't care for Bendis that much,really. It's seems a bit stupid to make an arrow that might well be used against him,odd how Banner suddenly does something like that. Okay,then Hawkeye murdered a regular civilian,guess he should be in prison,then. Wolverine has been beaten by many,so Cho did too I'll give you that one. Wolverine could have cut off Hulk's legs and just walked away. Sorry,don't like Cho or Maestro. WHICH Hulk? lol Seems to be a surplus now.
If Hawkeye could kill Hulk by shooting him in the eye with an arrow,then Logan could beat Cho. Adamantium can cut Hulk,plus Logan has survived Magneto literally ripping out his skeleton,and nuclear bombs! Sorry,Logan would win.
Marvel has made so much money from movies,comic books are more of an afterthought at this point. I'll give Riri a shot,but I think Marvel has made bad choices both in writing and character development.
We'll agree to disagree on the first Secret Wars and my opinion on Carol Danvers stands,feminism is a separate issue. If I wanted to discuss that,I'd ask Megan Kelly.
The first Civil War was better,I think. It's like them making Secret Wars,the first one was so much better than the second,and by far better than the more recent one. This Civil War just isn't that good,somehow. Maybe it's the writing. I liked Carol Danvers better as Ms Marvel,she was way less pompous and holier-than-thou than she is now.
Marvel must have so much money they can afford to totally ruin every character they have. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Well no, making a female Thor was the dumbest thing they did. Wait replacing Iron Man was the dumbest. I can't decide now..
