We will probably see Surtur as the villain in the third movie then.

They do age. Its just they age very slowy and they dont ahe at the same rate as each other. Spiderman was 15 when he got his powers and now hes in his late 20s. Franklin and Valeria Richards were both born after fantastic four started so they obviously aged.
