Well, from what I heard starting on issue 1 of Green Arrow the series is terrible, but thankfully their writer stepped down! Now at issue 17 We get a new story, a darker version of The Emerald Archer, and I must say, I am pleased. Pick it up starting from Issue 17 if you are into the character!
