Hulked Out Thor should be at least 10 times stronger than regular Thor, because it is likely that he is in Warrior Madnees already (he does not have senses to restrain himself), and with gamma radiation he has absorbed he might be much stronger than that.
He is also able to pick up mjolnir, and if he has enough sense to utilise it, he has a great chance of victory.

Warrior- Thanos clone stated to be 4-5 times stronger than Thanos himself.

Red Hulk is completely useless in this battle because Doomsday  is not an energy user.
Dr Doom will think of something to win, if Doomsday does not develop a super-intelligent brain.....

I believe that Wonder Man was created to replace Thor in Avengers. In those days, Marvel needed good villains for good storylines, villains that could take down Avengers (including Thor) easily. However, getting a thunder god beaten by an obscure comic book villain is not a good idea and it was likely to offend some readers. So Marvel decided to replace Thor with an all new character, someone who is as strong as him and somewhat less versatile (Thor's plot device hammer has 50 kinds of power, which if utilised properly, will make the comic really boring).
Hence wonder man was created.
Note how Wonder Man was compared to Thor during his early years. 
In other words, Marvel made the ultimate jobber, though he has jobbed just too much. I believe if he hadn't jobbed that much, Thor would not have been jobbed by Red Hulk, Wonder Man would replace him.
