@TheCerealKillz: Lord Mar-vell single handedly defeated silver surfer and and quasar simultaneously. Doom has gone toe to toe with magus and warlock in a fight, give him prep and it is overkill.
Theoretically, Brainiac 5 and others in DC team would curbstomp...... However, geniuses in marvel team have better feats (Shellhead or Dr Doom can casually make a time machine, which is a highly tough job even in 30th century, another proof is that Steel armor was considered bleeding edge tech even in 117th century, still it is barely at the level of Iron Man armor of 1990s). Keeping these points in mind, it is pretty obvious that Marvel team curbstomps.

That Ulik was giving Thor one hell of a fight...... I think that Iron Man was a bit overrated.
Iron Man has pulled out some good showings in his latest armor (fighting an amped ulik, red hulk and thor, although the fights did not conclude) . In his fight with thor, he went toe-to-toe with the latter. Can the golden avenger in his new armor really take out Thor?
