Powers

Able to understand/speak all languages--If Clarice hears more than 25 words in any language, she can speak it fluently, and will understand it within 15 words. This power is not effective against forms of glossolalia, or languages that have not fully developed (ex, primitive humans, animals [with the exceptions of dolphins], etc.)

Mimicry-- Clarice is able to perfectly imitate a person's mannerisms and voice. Sometimes these traits linger long after she needs them.

Power Stealing -- If Clarice can either make physical contact with a metahuman, or maintain eye contact for 5 seconds, she is able to temporarily drain their powers, and use them as her own. The powers will last for 1 hour, or until the meta is more than a mile away…whichever comes later.

Abilities

Disguise-Since mimicry is sometimes not enough, Cypher-D is a master of disguise. The only thing that sometimes messes up her concealment is the blankness of her eyes.

Self-Defense- As a member of the CIA, Clarice was trained in martial arts and how to use guns. She may not be able to stand up against a professional warrior, but she can hold her own.

Detective -As part of her CIA training, Clarice needed to learn how to be a master detective.

Equipment

.22 caliber pistol, and ammunition--Clarice carries a .22 caliber pistol, as well as three clips of ammunition.
Bowie Knife-- Clarice keeps a bowie knife in her boot.
Disguise kit -- While she has a chest of disguise elements, Clarice always carries a small packet with latex, contact lenses, etc.
Fedora-- NO ONE touches the fedora. NO ONE.
