They are very similar characters but Lobo gets more favors from the writers so it would probably be him. In a real fight probably Hulk because of BFR because they obviously can't kill each other because they are both essentially immortal.

I stated it earlier that I did not have the level of Despero knowledge to accurately gauge a battle between the two, I know that Hulk has shown a high level of mental resistance and the ability to physically harm high level reality benders (Onslaught) but if the general consensus is Despero from a group of people who are knowledgeable on both than I will concede that Despero is above Hulk. I do wonder is Despero above other high power Marvel Mental Manipulators like Onslaught?

@thenewbluebeetle007: Hulk has broken Cytorak's unbreakable bands, (granted they were projected by the Sorcerer Supreme) this is still a testament to Hulk's strength because Cytorak is a God and the ultimate user of Magic in the Marvel universe. An early incarnation of the Hulk shrugged a blast from the High Evolutionary before (who has gone toe-to-toe with Galactus) and as we all know early incarnations are usually much weaker.

Hulk shrugged off a super nova blast from Human Torch unscathed that is nothing to take lightly. His whole body was burned off in Incredible Hulk 398 and he just re-grew. There is no level of beating Hulk does not recuperate from. A void Sentry is above Sky Father (I will explain if needed) and WWH fought Sentry to a stalemate.

@thenewbluebeetle007:I truly disagree. I believe the Hulk would win and believe as a community the ComicVine forum does not give Hulk enough credit. Hulk has solo'd whole Avenger rosters. He has destroyed planets or planet sized astral objects on multiple occasions, (Gray Hulk and the asteroid Hulk and Red She Hulk in the negative zone). He has beaten Thor, Gladiator, and Sentry, all Superman level. Thanos even commented once that the Hulk's strength was on par with an ancient being who possessed the Power Gem (Easily world buster). And yet people still say stuff like, "Despero would fodderize the Hulk." That is simply not true, again I am not knowledgable on Despero feats, but obviously you are not knowledgable on Hulk feats because if you were then you would not think it would a stomp at all. Hulk at his highest is arguably All-Father level and I I don't believe Despero is close. If you honestly believe Hulk would get stomped by any character under All-Father level then you sir, are probably mentally handicapped.

@redatom1234: He's shown resistance to Scarlet Witch before if I'm not mistaken and she's pretty powerful. Hulk also tore Onslaught apart and granted that was a severely enraged and disconnected Hulk but still.

Cap easy he skull-drug the whole elevator of Spec-ops soldiers including Crossbones who is a peak level human, none of the FF guys are peak human.

The bots were nothing in AoU and Ultron got wrecked by Hulk. Kryptonians easy.

@redatom1234: Hulk's mental resistance comes from his multiple personality disorder, it's pretty good. Hulk's also beaten people like Gladiator (arguably Superman level), again I'm not knowledgeable in Despero feats.
