No? For one thing, Boruto's Rasengan would likely one-shot either Naruto or Sasuke provided they were hit with it. Considering he can throw it and it can go invisible, I'd say there's a good chance of this happening.
As for Sarada:
As for speed, reacting to Shin is a good speed feat for Sarada and Boruto landed a strike on Kakashi during the Genin exam. They have other feats of reacting to Jonin level characters like Shojoji and Ashimaru respectively.
A lightning enhanced kunai would cut them just fine, a lightning/water style combo would damage them and so on.
Obviously when this fight was made, they didn't have any feats. Between the anime and manga Sarada and Boruto have quite a few good feats.
