Backlash is just as fast if not faster, his reflexes are amazing. In the first issue of his series he ducked and dodged a hail of gunfire from prison guards at purgatory max with great ease befor disposing of them.
Spawn wins because his Magic is of a greater scale than The Darkness power. The Darkness could have his constructs nullified by Spawn's ability to transmute matter through his Magic... and Spawn's Chains could cut through The Darkness armor and mess Jackie up real bad..."
Backlash has already beaten Spider-Man. I think it was the gen factor that allowed him to ghost, I'm not sure but I don't think he has that ability anymore. Backlash's experience and battle tactics proved greater than Spider-Man's abilities and spider sense in the books. Spidey could web him up and remove him from battle, but I don't see that happening since Backlash already knows he has the webbing ability, he'll find a way around it. I think Spidey could only when through a very thought out ambush.
Symbiote Spider-Man wins, he will be just as durable as cage a hell of alot stronger. I don't know if he could withstand Iron Fist's master blow, but I don't see there being any chance of him making contact either.
