6/7/12: Previews for June, 2012 solicits Showcase Presents: Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld Vol. 1 TP. It includes LSH #298, Amethyst (1983) #1-12, Amethyst Annual #1, DC Comics Presents #63, and Amethyst (1985) #1-11.

That means it's missing Amethyst (1985) #12-16, Amethyst Special #1, and Amethyst (1987) #1-4. Will the missing issues show up in a Showcase... Vol.2? Seems a little thin for a Showcase Presents, but they have done slimmer than usual volumes before.

Interestingly, they used the cover of A:POG #6, from the original twelve issue mini-series as the cover - the same cover I suggested for volume one, in the WUBI blog. It's a great image of Amethyst on her flying horse. So what about Volume 1? Did you buy it?
