The Thief of Blood
Yuri Omega knows two things, firstly that it's alliance with Vrakmul and joining with the Black Hand is a matter of convenience, and secondly that in order to ever overthrow Vrakmul, it would need Primalborn under it's command to ensure that it has it's own pieces in play against the Lord of Doom. So when the current generation of Primalborn was made, it made it's own secret play to take four of them into it's own hands, two from the beta reality, two from the alpha. They would become it's Varangian Guard, the ultimate enforcers of the Brain's will, modeled after Vrakmul's own elite guard of fallen primalborn. It easily found the two of them where it needed to in the Alpha reality, Lyra and Ivan Zhukov, hailing from a forgotten town in Siberia. While the Imperium was busy trying to safeguard maple valley, the Zhukovs, secret operatives for the Grand Red Guard/Union of Soviet Socialist Cosmic Republics, were met with the full force and fury of Epsilon.
The entire town was wiped off the map in a strike so perfect it may as well have been managed like clockwork. They would be moulded into Yuri's secret weapon. Honed and refined into perfect enforcers and killers, they would spend their time growing up with the powerful Epsilon group. They would train in ever art of combat, have every inhibition cut out, every doubt and fear dealt with. They would become single minded in their duty to Epsilon, indoctrinated to forego their prior duties to the cosmos in favour of a new purpose. They would feel no pain, they would know no fear, they would hold no doubt. What were meant to be saviors of reality via the wide eyed innocence of childhood became the unfeeling servants of Yuri's master plan. Yuri, who would forever be inside their soul.
Lyra was often said to be the apple in Yuri's eye, her own piercing maroon eyes having little to no love for the world at large. From the age of three, she was trained, she studied, she was forcefed information that would make her into the ultimate warrior. She has destroyed whole worlds like nothing, she has casually wiped away entire armies with the barest of efforts, her name is spoken of in terror by those who know of her. Her nature remains a closely guarded secret outside of the black hand, and most only know her by her codenames "The Callous Adherent" or "Libra" as a reference to how Yuri hopes to use her to restore balance to the cosmos. Whereas her sibling Ivan was quiet to the extreme, Lyra was by comparison quite talkative, though that isn't saying much.
Obviously, as a product of Epsilon, she had her psionic abilities developed to a tremendous degree. She was also taught to focus her most unique ability; her power to change "why", the ability to affect causality itself with no need for time travel. This was considered her most precious gift to Yuri's army, and this was why she was kept under such wraps even from the rest of the black hand, even from the rest of Epsilon. Of course, no amount of hiding her could disguise her from Vrakmul and the dark triad for very long. Soon enough, Yuri informed Vrakmul of it's discovery, but shockingly, if Vrakmul cared, he showed no outward signs of doing so. Yuri could keep the dreadful four. Why Vrakmul decided to allow Yuri this threat to his power is unknown, but it can only be assumed that it plays a part of his plan.
Lyra's education was unforgiving and harsh, but Yuri was determined to make her superior to the soft primalborn raised without it's touch. It's four had to be able to hold against the remaining twenty primalborn. While boosting her primal essence was a tricky affair, though ultimately doable with a special device that regulates her abilities at Yuri's behest, Psionic boosters were easy to install so as to increase her mental might. She submitted to these processes without complaint, was she not the tool with which to restore order to a chaotic world after all? By age four she had killed her first person, by age six she had destroyed an entire world, by age seven she was already spoken of in terror. By age ten she defeated the Archangel Michael, the Goddess Athena, the Thunder God Taranis, and the death god Kisin singlehandedly to acquire the core codes to an ancient Masari superweapon desired by Yuri.
By the age of eleven she had taken on High Queen maria and High King Varitus with her brother Ivan, managing to fight the two of them to a standstill, though they were unable to get the Imperial Crown of Thule as demanded of them before the arrival of John and Rose forced the twins to retreat. The setback left a bitter taste in her mouth, but Yuri was more worried of the knowledge that he had his own quartet of primalborn potentially leaking out. It could not risk it's prized assets being targeted for liberation from it's control, not when it was still planning for the removal of Vrakmul from the equation of omniversal conquest. It needed the primalborn, it needed Lyra. By the time she was twelve, she was deemed ready for independent operations.

Powers
Fighting skills: Lyra is trained in all martial arts available to Epsilon.
Intelligent: Lyra is incredibly intelligent, superhumanly so, despite her seemingly emotionally stunted personality and occasional outbursts. She specializes in plotting and scheming, as well as deducing the best way to hurt someone.
Epsilon's strength: Lyra can smash promethium with her bare hands and has wolverine like regeneration and FTL speed. Her powers go up with her emotional state, allowing her to get more powerful as the fight goes on. As one of the "primalborn" she has enhanced senses, far in excess of that of most metahumans. She is about two thirds as physically strong as John is. Lyra is quite capable of lifting and then throwing the entire planet earth without any noticeable effort or withstanding a supernova. Lyra is also extremely swift and agile.
Immunity: Lyra is immune to disease, poison, mind control, radiation, even of supernatural varieties, additionally Heat and Cold simply cannot hurt her, and her resistance to magic and psionics is simply astonishing. As she is immune to poison he is incapable of getting drunk. She cannot become zombified, undergo vampirism, or lycanthropy.
Psionics: Lyra is extremely potent in the arts of telekinesis and dimensionology, allowing her to influence reality on a disturbing level with nothing but her mind. She also practices energokinesis and telepathics
Thief of Blood: Despite the name, her title means that she affects bonds. The bonds between matter, between friends, between countries, between concepts, between the mind and what it sees, between laws and reality, between lovers. She steals the power of unity from others for her own benefit, growing stronger as she robs others of their cohesion. She can also outright manipulate it in other ways, but stealing it is what she is best at. She can to some extent, also dole it out to help others, turning rabble into a perfectly cohesive unit.. She's also capable of flight, she will cease aging the moment she hits eighteen. Though stealing unity, cohesion, and bonds seems like an ineffectual power, it is in actuality one of the most terrifying powers you could ever face. Anything with any concept of linkage is vulnerable to this ability of hers.
Thief of Blood continued: Fittingly, she is also capable of controlling blood and it's concept. Anything with a vital fluid is vulnerable to her manipulations just as any concept that has a link or a bond can be affected by her. This can range from the obvious like blood bending to the not so obvious such as causing or curing vampirism (as well as controlling vampires without effort). This ability also includes manipulating other things seen as vital to something's continuation, like electricity as it is important to machines, oil as it is a vital lubricant, or water because it's the life's blood of an ecosystem.
Causality manipulator: Perhaps the most dangerous ability of Lyra is her ability to alter the "why" of things. She can change the cause of how something happens. This ability is extremely dangerous for multiple reasons that should be obvious, as the simple question of "why" can alter so many little details. All other changes that would follow from altering the why of an event also retroactively occur. Imagine for instance, if the French revolution instead happened because of alien mind control rays rather than middle class discontentment.
Creature of Blood: Lyra is not a living creature as biology understands it but is instead a manifestation of the will of the abstract personification of unity. What you see is really solid "unity" capable of mimicking life if it wants to after she was taught that what she thought were biological functions were really just her unconsciously mimicking them. Now aware of her true nature, she's not bound by the standards of life. Her powers can't be altered or dampened against her will, even by multiversal level reality warpers. She also has no Chi to alter or manipulate, not being a truly biological entity.
Truenaming: While the more laconic high draconic shouts are only Dave's thing, all of the primalborn can use truenaming. Truenaming is the art of speaking the true, primal tongue of the omniverse, telling reality what to do. The power of truenaming is limited only by one's imagination and vocabulary. Truenaming becomes virtually impossible to resist if the user uses the Truename of their target in their true speech rather than a generic description. Lyra is terse and only says as much as she has to to get the job done.
Armor modes: All Primal born suits have four modes, Speed, Power, Stealth, and Armor. In speed mode, Lyra's speed already incredible speed is further enhanced as the armor's nanomachines bond to her cells and allow them to contract far more quickly than they already could while rewriting her neural pathways to move and react even more quickly, to the point that even other FTLers are virtually incapable of perceiving her. Power as it suggests, has the armors alter his musculature for greater leverage and elasticity for enhanced strength. Stealth mode creates a lensing field that bends all forms of detection away from her, even vibration simply flows around the suit, and even precognition is incapable of distinguishing a divine steel user in stealth mode. Armor mode does exactly what the name implies, it causes the nanostructure of the armor to realign for maximum strength and shock absorbtion, while Divine steel is already more or less invincible, this greatly reduces the amount of shock transferred to the user. Multiple modes can be activated at once and each mode allows for special maneuvers and techniques, but they cost energy.
Equipment
The lash of the Ego: A deadly, psychically active weapon, the Lash of the Ego can slice and dice through reality, concepts, energy barriers, almost all forms of matter, and also delivers grotesque stabbing wounds from it's spikes and blunt force impact from the shockwaves it generates. As it reacts to her thoughts, she can easily use it to grab and strip away weapons, shields, or even pieces of armour and equipment should she so desire. Like all other primalborn weapons, it only allows those the intended user deems to be worthy to wield it, and is infinitely heavy and immovable for anyone else. While it is infused with order, until Lyra redeems herself, it is also a weapon of great and terrible evil. Those the whip ensnares are also subject to Lyra's mind control unless they can overpower her will.
The piercing point of reason: A very special Javelin, this Javelin is capable of multiplying itself at Lyra's command, homes in on whomever she decides is a target unerringly, always returns to her hand like all other primalborn weapons, stab right through concepts, realities, defenses, and people. A weapon of order and evil, the piercing point of reason also can cause those it pierces but does not kill to see things from Lyra's point of view, destroying their unity to their original cause and joining Lyra, and thus Yuri's cause.
The first grade: Lyra's lightest suit of armour, is her first tier armor suit, which also comes with a helmet to defend her head. The armor adds enough strength that primary adamantium ceases to be a problem for her, even without using her weaponry. It's the first line of defense, and it's a symbol of solidarity under Yuri. It also incorporates the triple shielding technology commonly used in primalborn armor.
The shield of the Id is Lyra's second line of defense, only 66% as physically strong as the raiment of the dragons, but still quite capable of measuring up to John's ultimate tank suit in other ways, especially in terms of agility and technological aptitude. It is especially well suited to psychic enhancement. In essence allowing her to operate with even more psychic might and power, while also providing yet another layer of triple shielding.
The Superego: Lyra's third tier suit is built for psychic enhancement and agility over all else.. By this point, anything trying to attack her has to be met with their attacks being met with three seperate chances to be perfectly reflected at a 75% rate, then have their attack's force cut by 75% three times, and be met with three regenerating shields that intelligently swap places to make sure none fall. Despite only having 66% the shock absorbtion and strength of John's vestment of the wyrm, the Superego compliments lyra's fighting style and abilities perfectly.
