All I could think of when Goku was landing punches and kicks to Hit, that Vegeta fans (including me) must be tearing hair out of their heads, lol.

BvS breaks a new record, not the one WB wanted...

"BvS brought in an estimated $15.35 million Friday. That's an 81% drop from its opening day last Friday, which did include $27.7 million from Thursday previews, but even excluding those numbers you're looking at a 71.5% drop."

"internationally the film brought in $19.2 million on Friday, bringing its international cume to $363.4 million for a worldwide total of $587.8 million."

WB is probably depressed right about now. Thoughts??

@academic:Hard to tell, since all ships are weighted differently. Since, we don't know this particular ship's name/model, after researching I would estimate it's between 10,000 Tons to 25,000 Tons.

The location seems to have ice sheets, thus, I thought it could be Antarctic Explorers' ships and the one that looks closest to this ship is called The Yamal or if it's a military navel ship, then in my opinion the closest resemblance would be to one of the Ticonderoga-class cruiser.

However, both inside and outside of the United States, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice experienced a notable poor Friday-to-Sunday hold in China while in North America the film set a new record for the worst Friday-to-Sunday drop for a superhero movie release in modern box office history with a 58% decline, which was previously held byFantastic Four.

Sounds like most people saw it once and was disapointed.

Yeah, BvS did have a hefty drop from Sat to Sun, as you can from the numbers reported by BoxofficeMojo.

But in hindsight, the recent report by Variety says it crossed $500 million barrier and according to Fandango, it's seeing 30% repeat business for BvS....

Also, the Tuesday's numbers are about $12.2 million, so that's about -23.28% drop from Monday's numbers....

Great episode indeed, bring back the old classical moves for Vegeta. I don't know about you guys, but i can't get enough of Beerus and Champa scenes, nice comic relief every time.

but I'd love to hear more from him; give an inspiring speech or two.

Same thing here. I was expecting the Senate hearing to be the place, where he show the people, who he is via words, but I guess Snyder is reallyyyy hooked on making Superman go through hoops of making him lose hope in us, lol. But, I feel like they'll use the rebirth of Superman as a stepping stone on making him the generic Superman that many of us are looking for, as long as Snyder isn't involved in future projects as the headmaster aka director.

By the way, I agree with you on Clark not trying hard enough to explain to Bruce the predicament Lex placed him in. During those scenes, I was like just bear hug him and tell him already, lol.

But it seemed to me that Batman new what was going to happen from the beginning to the end and counted on Superman doing what he did. He expected to get thrown in the building and placed the spear in the room beforehand. He knew Clark would catch the grenade so he found a way to trick him into inhaling the kryptonite gas. It seemed to me everything was predetermined.

As I was reading this, all I can think of was this.....

This is pretty good website that quantifies power level in DB and DBZ universe. It's translated based on the official databook aka Daizenshuu. As for the unofficial GT, that has to be accounted on personal judgement.

Databook Battle Powers

Plus, Akira Toriyama abandoned the power level concept after the Freiza saga from what I can recall. Personally, I think it shouldn't have been introduced in the first place, all it did was cause more confusion than clarity.
