Probably not the place to be saying this, but I'm sick and tired of these franchise movies.  Transformers, Star Trek, and the endless barrage of comic book movies.  Why doesn't Hollywood just come up with some original ideas that are suited for its medium?  There are plenty of writers/directors who are capable of original thought.

A Green Hornet movie?  Based on the success of other comic book movies it's a safe bet, sure; but I'm tired of watching "safe", formulaic movies.  A Nightmare on Elm Street?  Not even a continuation, but a remake of the original?

To hell with american cinema; god, has it ever become stupid.  Kubrick, D.W. Griffith, Hitchcock...  They must be rolling in their graves.  American cinema has become so narcissistic in appealing to the juvenile youth demographic that it has become a laughable parody of itself.  GROW UP!

Whatever happened to the auteurs?  At least Tarantino is still working his magic.  Forcing us to think on some level.

More of a comedian than an actor.

Peter Jackson outdid himself for the LOTR movie series.  You can only go down from Return of the King.  Best to let someone else do it.  Jackson doesn't want people saying, 'but it's not as good as LOTR'; at least not to himself.

I don't think that they'll do the Joker again.  Maybe they'll mention him...  No reputable actor would want to sully Heath's Joker performance with their own.  They wouldn't wanna touch it with a ten-foot pole.  They'll either introduce new antagonists, or bring back old ones.

Jack Nicholson!  ...  Yes, again!

It'll be like Frank Miller's version of Batman, where Batman's an old-man.  Joker can be an old man too!

I say this kinda jokingly as an off-the-cuff idea.

I just read a story on Giantbomb which mentions how Marvel will be releasing most of its catalogue, past present and future, through the PSP.

Here's a youtube video for a trailer for the upcoming application:

The Chew wiki entry here on comicvine says that the protagonist is, "Cibopathic".

google, dictionary.com, and wikipedia do not bring up results for this word...

Does anyone know, is the word specific to this comic?  and what does it mean?

pssshhh...  This is like the whole, Superman's dead ordeal.

People will buy the comic, then they'll be all pissed when, an issue or two later domething has thwarted it all and it was all a marketing ploy.
