It is proven Batman can end crime - look at Kingdom Come. A city with no free will and an army of BatBots would end the ability for someone to get to the point where they could think about a crime. But, you know, they don't want that.
How in the hell is Apocalypse a nonissue here? The guy is ridiculous. If anything else, he teleports the Girls to the debris of Krypton and they die in space. Done. And if he's allowed all his technology, he can do virtually anything. Just look at the huge variety of thing he's pulled off over the years. He's a 2,000 year old+ immortal with total control over every aspect of his body and mind and has limitless strength. Come on!
Does Apocalypse get any of his technology / resources? I'd say even if he didn't, no one can hurt him or Galdiator just by punching really hard, which is all the Girls would be able to do, really. I don't even think that's a fight. The Girls would obviously get their asses beat.
